Meningioma

Presentation

62 year male patient presented to the emergency department with increase in weakness of right side for
2 days and fever for 1 day. On assessing the vitals his blood pressure was 140/90mm of Hg, Temperature
was 99.2 F and other vitals were within normal range. On assessing the motor power of the patient, the
power was found to be 3/5 on right side of his upper and lower limb.
