First of all I write to you because of your bad decisions in the las interviews,
and second The attitude that you have when you answer the phone.
Since the company opened it has always wanted to be in the best market,
compete with other companies and achieve long-term goals, but for that I
remind you that we need to work as a team, we are all part of the company,
including you.

However we made the decision to try to improve this by proposing some


recommendations to make your work better, for example :

 When receiving a call, speak cordially use concrete words, phrases,


such as: I am happy that you are close to being part of the company!
Can I help you in something else? , Among other words, remember
that you can be part of the company.

Prepare the interview with time, that is, take the time to meet the
person who wants to belong to the company, and be kindly with them
and make sure that they are comfortable


Ask clear and simple questions and let the interviewers ask you
questions about the company so they feel comfortable


At the end of the interview, do not tell them no, let them leave with
the doubt if they get the job or not


Finally return the call carefully so they know your answer

Finally as a conclusion we hope that your performance is better than the


other weeks, we need the business to continue growing, I hope to see you
