MEMBER RIGHTS Asimple Member, Platinum, Diamond, Coach, Ambassador or President has the right to: (a) demand in writing that GIT S.A. provides them with the benefits and advantages provided in their move from a lower level to the higher level. If this is refused, they have all the rights to take legal action to have the promised benefits and advantages implemented; b) be treated equally. However, Leaders (Platiniums, Diamonds, Coaches, Ambassadors or Presidents) receive exceptional benefits and distinctions; c) attend LIYEPLIMAL product training seminars. V. PENALTIES A Single, Platinum, Diamond, Coach, Ambassador or President member is subject to corrective and disciplinary; including removal or cancellation of the account from the LIYEPLIMAL platform, in accordance with GIT S.A. - LIYEPLIMAL's corrective action and disciplinary guidelines, if said member violates the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
