Guidelines for the students of BCA 6th Semester
1. Each student will make at least one copy of project report in the recommended format &
is to be submitted to their respective guide.
2. Each student is required to make a copy of project (In MS Word and pdf File) in CD &
submit along with project report. On the cover of CD (on CD itself), title, student’s
Name, ROLLNO, Batch must be mentioned by a readable marker.
3. The students will keep one copy of the project with themselves for their further
reference in future.
4. The cover page must be hardbound in Light Blue for 6th Semester with black
embossing of the literature with above mentioned details. The cover page must be
laminated one.
5. The size of the report will be according to university norms. All the students are required
to use the uniform font & format (except in heading & Sub-heading) throughout the text
of the report text of the report. Project must be made in A4 size paper.

7. The project report must accompany a certificate authenticating the originality of the work
done in the prescribed format, as indicated below.
8. There should not be any deviation from requirement of reproducing the cover page of the
report from the format prescribed below.
9. The Research Report should be based on primary data or secondary data ( according to
university norms).
10. Students are advised to be in touch with their internal guide & HOD for guidance.
11. Before printing the research project report every student has to consult to their respective
guide for any further correction and suggestions.
12. Last date of submission of completed report is April 25, 2016. After which on delay may
be imposed.
