Subject: Request for allowing summer internship in your esteemed organization

Dear Sir,

Warm greetings from Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar!

As part of the academic requirement, the students of BBA are required to undertake a summer
internship program for six to eight weeks after completion of the fourth semester. The internship can
be on a topic given by the organization based on their requirement, under the guidance of your
mentor. The students are also required to submit a final report of the project undertaken to the
organization as well as the university.

In this regard, I request you to kindly permit Mr. Devasish Panda, II year BBA student at Birla
Global University, Bhubaneswar, to do her summer internship in your esteemed organization. He
will also be allotted a faculty mentor from the University to monitor his work.
