Dearest Madam;
Pursuant to E.O. no. 176, s. 2015 and in consonance with Youth Development Program of the
government devised a program that will assist in the development of the Filipino Youth.
The program aims to strengthen the moral and values that will awaken the national consciousness
as well as the spiritual upliftment of the students that could possibly instill DepEd’s core values of Maka-
Diyos, Makatao, Maka-kalikasan at Maka-bansa.
The program is a weekly gathering of students in their respective classrooms / Virtual means,
headed by trained & competent Facilitators. Varied activities are prepared to engage students in
realization of Campus Moral and Values Empowerment (MoVE) goals.
As such, we would like to seek your permission so we could launch this MoVE program in
schools. We, the program coordinators assure you of the following:
1. Students’ participation will be voluntary and no amount of money, even single centavo will
be ask or solicited from the students in whatever activities we will conduct.
2. No religious rights will be violated for no indoctrination will happen. Lessons that will be
executed are universal teachings and in accordance with standard norms.
3. No school policy will be violated, the security and welfare of the students will be our primary
concern.
Attached in this letter are the goals and objectives of the program as well as the list of Lessons. May this
letter merit your kind approval
