Enduring Power of Attorney

This General and Enduring Power of Attorney is made this 12 day of 2021, by Brian Lim of
Fountain Street Alexandria NSW 2015,pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Powers of Attorney
and Agency Act 1984.

1. I appoint my wife, Anna Cho, and my daughter Anatasia Lim jointly and severally, to be
my Attorneys.

2. I authorise my Attorneys to do on my behalf anything that I may lawfully do.

3. I declare that this Power of Attorney shall commence operation and have full force and
effect immediately upon my signing it.

 Acceptance

We, Anna Cho and Anatasia Lim the Donee/s of the Power of Attorney created by this
instrument and to which this acceptance is annexed hereby accept the appointment contained in
it and acknowledge:

 the Power of Attorney is an Enduring Power of Attorney and as such may be exercised by
me notwithstanding any legal incapacity of the Donor;
 by accepting this Power of Attorney we will be subject to the requirements of Powers of
Attorney and Agency Act 1984;
 during any period of legal incapacity of the donor, we must exercise my powers as
attorney with reasonable diligence to protect the interests of the donor and, if we fail to do
so we shall be liable to compensate the donor for loss occasioned by the failure; and
 if we fail to keep and preserve accurate records and accounts of all dealings and
transactions made in pursuance of this power of attorney, we will be guilty of an offence.
