TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that this October 12, 2020, the undersigned personnel had undertaken the
inspection of agar wood flakes and chips of MR. ISMAEL M. ABDULMALIK, a registered holder
of Wildlife Farm Permit No. WFP R10 No.2020-010 Series of 2020 located at Kalasungay
Malaybalay City Bukidnon, Philippines and found the following wildlife items are available for
transport, to wit:
