I, AMUSA, YAKUB O. with a matric number of 16/0486, 500 level Civil Engineering
Department student, hereby write to request for three (3) units extra credit load to make up to 27
units.

This is to allow me to register an extra course which is CVE312-3units. This is the only
course that may disallow me to graduate with my colleagues. My current CGPA is 3.37.
