Possible reason
● Open circuit in J1708 data bus cable to HCU, con-
nector x3, pin 2, 5 or both pins.
● Short circuit between J1708A and J1708B, be-
tween pins 2 and 5.
● Short circuit between J1708A, pin 5 and earth
(ground), pins 3 or 4.
● Short circuit between one or both J1708, to battery
voltage pins 1 or 6.
● Faulty panel

Check the cables between the main panel and the
HCU.
