We are happy to introduce the all-new process in 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Log on to http://employeereferrals.accenture.com

Step 2: Click on the ‘Find, refer’ drop down located at the right-hand side of the page and select
'India' to reach the India Talent Scout page

Step 3: Search for jobs by filling in the details in the following format:
Job/Skill <SPACE> Level <SPACE> Location
For example: Payroll administration India (Global Operations)/CFM Analyst (CF)
You will receive all the open positions for your search query.

Step 4: Click ‘Refer’ to upload the profile.


You can also share jobs with your friends by simply clicking on the icons under the share column.
That’s it! And you’re done!
You would also receive a CID number to tack the status of all your referrals through
https://employeereferrals.accenture.com.

*You must have personal knowledge of the candidate you are referring.  An unsolicited resume sent
