CCE Important Points

1. In case of not receiving user id & password, citizen needs to click on forgot
password option on portal http://www.cscentrepreneur.in/forgetpassword and enter the
registered mobile number, The Username & Password will be sent on registered
mobile number. If citizen’s still not received the username and password then he/she
needs to wait for 24 to 48 hours.

2. In case of certificate download queries, citizen must completed 10 assessments

first, then he/she needs to appear for the final online exam, on clearing the final
exam successfully citizen will be able to download the certificate online.

3. CCE username/certificate number are same, citizen can apply for new CSC
registration with this number.

4. After successfully completion of the first assessment, the next assessment will
automatically gets unlock.

5. Kindly enter the details carefully as per your photo ID proof, there is no option of
correction once you submit the details.

7. FAQ’s of final online proctored exam.

a. Total number of questions in the final exam: 50 questions.

b. Type of questions: Multiple Choice.
c. Pass percentage: 50%
d. Timings for final online exams: 10:00 am to 05:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
e. Minimum system requirements for online and remote proctored exam
f. Windows 10 OS with Ram 4 GB
g. Web cam integrated or external
h. Internet connectivity with 1 Mbps speed
i. Sitting Room with minimum disturbance and Good light quality.

करने और पीं जीकृर् मोबतइल नीं बर दजा करने की आवश्यकर्त है , उपयोगकर्ता नतम और
पतसवडा पींजीकृर् मोबतइल पर भे जत जतएगत । यवद नतगररक को अभी भी उपयोगकर्ता नतम और
पतसवडा नही ीं वमलत है , र्ो उसे 24 से 48 घीं र्ोीं र्क इीं र्जतर करनत होगत।

2. सवर्ा विकेर् डतउनलोड प्रश्ोीं के मतमले में, नतगररक को पहले 10 आकलन पू रे करने होींगे,
विर उसे अीं वर्म परीक्षत के वलए उपक्लथिर् होनत होगत, अीं वर्म परीक्षत को सिलर्तपू वाक पू रत करने
पर नतगररक ऑनलतइन प्रमतणपत्र डतउनलोड कर सकेगत।

3. सीसीई उपयोगकर्ता नतम / प्रमतण पत्र सीं ख्यत समतन हैं , नतगररक इस नीं बर के सति नए
सीएससी पीं जीकरण के वलए आवे दन कर सकर्े हैं ।

4. पहले मूल्तीं कन के सिलर्तपू वाक पू रत होने के बतद, अगलत मूल्तीं कन स्वचतवलर् रूप से खु ल
जतये गत हो जतएगत।

5. कृपयत अपनी िोर्ो आईडी प्रमतण के अनु सतर वववरण सतवधतनी से दजा करें , वववरण जमत
करने के बतद सु धतर कत कोई ववकल्प नहीीं है ।
