Subbase will be as per Class 3 of the MOP-001-F2002. In any case, the liquid limit
of the fraction passing the No. 40 sieve shall be less than 25 and the plasticity index
shall be less than 6. The abrasive wear percentage of the aggregates shall be less
than 40% and the CBR bearing value shall be equal to or greater than 30%.

strong, free of dust, dirt, clay, or other foreign matter.
