SUBMITTING CORRECTIONS

FOR CREDIT

You may submit corrections for quizzes, portfolios, and tests. You may earn up to 100% on each
assignment depending on the quality and thoroughness of the work submitted.

How do I find my old/submitted assignments?

1) Go to your gradebook.

2) Select a course you’d like to submit corrections for:

3) Find a Quiz, test, or portfolio that you would like to improve and click on the underlined
number in the POINTS column. This will open your submitted assignment.

4) Click & view which questions you got incorrect and make corrections.

How do I submit corrections?
1) Download the Revisions Template.
a. If the assignment is best hand written you may copy a similar format on a piece of
paper and send me a copy.
b. You may write the information in the body of a webmail as well, although if
information is missing, credit will be delayed until proper completion.
2) Fill out the form completely, with each question you missed and would like to revise. If any
information is missing, this will delay or limit the amount of points earned.
3) Webmail me the document with the subject line: Corrections for (Subject) (Unit) (Lesson).

How do I get the points on my assignment?

Once I have received your corrections, please allow 3-4 days for me to grade, and update your
score in the gradebook.
