Student:
My classmate Farid is a person who suffers from hurry sickness. He’s always
rushing and because of that he’s tired almost all day. Last week, he had to call
in sick twice because he couldn’t stand that amount of stress. His family told
him to stop doing it because he could spend all of his sick days. They’re also
worried because he doesn’t even have enough time to eat. He’s attending a
nutritionist because his family make him do it. The nutritionist told him not to
skip breakfast because this could be bad for his health. Now, he’s also suffering
another problem: deskfast. As he didn’t have enough time to eat breakfast, now
he has his breakfast at his desk at work. His family asked the nutritionist to see
if this was good or not, but she told them that it was better than not eating
anything. She told them that if he didn’t eat his breakfast he could suffer some
worse health problems, such as anxiety. She told them that anxious people
can’t stop shivering for long periods of time. Also, people could feel weak,
drowsy and too exhausted to work or study. She said that some people had
severe anxiety and could not breathe very well, and it was very difficult for them
to make sense. I told him that he had to stay at home and not to worry about
work.
