When trying to improve it’s essential to have the right mindset and attitude. Otherwise you
might stop yourself from improving. This is a big roadblock for many people, who are trying
to seriously get better. It’s not a secret that mentality heavily impacts performance and
learning capabilities.

In this image you can see why it’s clearly better to be in the growth-mindset, as opposed to
the fixed mindset. Even if you think some statements on the right-side are true, it’s still
better to believe the left-side completely.

Some basic tips on how to improve


● Visualising encounter before fights and for analysing
● Perspective: making sure to play to improve
● Focus on something you want to improve (weak point or strong point)
● Trial and error to grind and get better
● Learn the basics and the fundamentals
● Trying new things
● A healthy diet, sleep, exercise and enough drink and a good mental state help you
perform better (better cognitive reaction)
● Play to improve not just to win
● Drop all stakes that fear you to keep playing
● Give yourself as many opportunities to improve as possible
● Step out of your comfort zone
● Challenge yourself purposely
● Always reset your mind after an emotional / phenomenal gaming experience!
● Rage is your inner ego coming out, the only way to get rid of it is shifting your
mindset by constantly reminding yourself until it's a habit.

Analyse all types of consistencies


● aiming
● overall gameplay
● mental state

make sure aim is on point by warming-up, make sure gameplay is up by learning and
execution, make sure to be calm and have low stakes and not caring about deaths.

Get into the flow zone by having a clear goal in mind, immediate feedback, struggle
The reason why you make MISTAKES is because you have holes in your gameplay

● minimise those so I can stay more consistent

Keep the stakes low


● Stop caring about statistics and just have them as a tracking mechanism
● Stop comparing and focus on improving yourself
