people focus a lot on getting customers. ... But you will see super slow growth if
you focus on one-time customers. So your objective is maintain customers and

also includes the entire online process of developing, marketing, selling,
delivering, servicing and paying for products and services. ... So the scope of
ecommerce is getting high.
Advantages :

of its specific inbuilt characteristics such as ubiquity, personalization,
flexibility, and distribution, mobile commerce promises exceptional business
market potential, greater efficiency and higher fruitfulness. the advantage of m-

This area is all about those that are related to the uprising
developments on the uses of technology. There are 2 types of
changes in technological uses in general: developments in the
uses of IT, and, developments in IT in specific industry or
market
In modern days, we have an extension in the PEST analysis
which has added two more factors to take effect in the business.
These are Legal(L) factors and the Environmental(E) factors,
which for instance, stands to be the PESTLE Analysis.
METHODOLOGY:
OBSERVATION:
PROBABLE OUTPUT :
M-commerce may not explode in the next few years, but it is likely to continue
growing steadily as more advanced wireless handheld accessories become
available, more applications are released to facilitate “anywhere shopping,” and
retailers get on board with the technology. The biggest challenges we will see
with m-commerce over the next few years will be a continuation of the
struggles that retailers have faced thus far: user experience barriers, security
concerns, and negative perceptions about the value of mcommerce investment.
