Applicable terms & Conditions: -

 Payout slabs are calculated based on Monthly disbursement
volume
 Payout will be given to only International Disbursements
 Applicable for fresh & tranche disbursement
 Payout SLAB includes Goods & Service Tax & Payout will be
released net of applicable TDS
 18% GST will be paid to GST registered vendors only & GST
number has to be updated in ICICI Education Loan system
 Payments have a TAT of 30 days* in which invoice will be
processed and payment will be released to partner Bank Account
 Payout data received for the business cycle from Fin one is final
and no deviation to same is allowed
 Any discrepancy need to be highlighted within 10 days
