For the brand rush, we will be coming up with a new and unique marketing stratergy for Kentucky fried

chicken which would be both sustainable and eye catching.

We have made specific changes in order to achieve our goals, which is to incorporate local flavours into
the menu, save the environment by reducing the dumping of waste and to prevent hunger rates in the
country

In our desi menu, we will be introducing many items based on the local Pakistani flavours, including the
chicken tikka masala burger, zinger biryani and the many local sauces. You can also wash it all down with
our refreshing lassi, so don’t wait too long and head to your nearest location. We do have the western
flavours with a desi twist

As you can see this is our menu with all the scrumptious items on it.

Along with making changes to the menu, kfc has also started a “save the environment” initiative in
which we would be helping save the environment. In this, the customers would be entitled to points
which would lead to discounts. All the customers have to do is return the disposal products like
wrappers and bags.

This is our point system in which each item returned will earn you 2 points and every 10 points wil get
you a 100 rupees discount. The more you return the more discounts you get

Lastly, we will also be starting a hunger drive to reduce the hunger rates in Pakistan, which is one of the
highest in the world and can lead to many diseases. In this, we would be donating some of our income
to the many food charities and run a drive once a month giving food to the poor and needy
