Introduction

Prepare for your life to be changed.

Imagine yourself with thousands of dollars in cash, stacked on your coffee table in your
living room, made with little effort and a whole lot of fun along the way!

This book may be the most important book you’ve ever read in your whole life. The idea
that someone can make a ton of cash and still have fun at the same time seems
incredible to some people, yet you are reading a plan that can give you just that. I've
always believed that life is about having fun and being able to do the things that make
people happy. I can only give you the plan and the inspiration, the rest is up to you.

Of course, this belief is different for each person. Not everyone will agree with me, but
having financial freedom and doing it in a way that makes you actually love to go to
work is something each and every person always dreamed of.

Many people have failed to do the things that would make their lives better because
they just don't know how to do it. Many times you need to be an industry “insider” to
know how a business really works. Your commitment by your investment in this course
is the first step in making your dreams come true.

Not to say this is the only step necessary, but you are well on your way of having the life
your friends will envy. If someone told me that I could start a business which allows me
to collect all the cash simply by having girls dance naked for ME, I would have definitely
grabbed the opportunity…and I did!

There are thousands of books, courses and programs on the Internet claiming to help
people make money, and I am sure many of them really do work. But I can tell you, no
one will have more fun making money than you. Congratulations on taking the road less
traveled.

If you follow this plan step by step, you will find the “dancer” business is practically free
money, and it is so fun making it you won't feel like you’re working at all. For the first
time ever, a complete plan for teaching this business has been created and offered to
smart, motivated people who want to live “the dream”.

You will learn which pitfalls to avoid, how to maximize your income, what types of girls
to hire and most importantly, how to run this business legally. I have one small favor
though… when you've made your first few thousand dollars CASH or more in a single
night, please drop me a line and let me know. Also, I would love to see the pictures of
all the toys you just bought with your success… new cars, motorcycles, etc. ☺

Welcome to the life your friends are going to envy. Prepare to buy that car you’ve
always wanted, purchase the apartment or home of your dreams and live the life you’ve
always wanted since the day you were born… by becoming a successful business
person.

Thank you for your purchase, my friend. I hope you enjoy this business as much as I do.
And believe me; I will save some to tip your girls if you invite me into your party.

Okay, enough of this stuff… let’s get into the plan!

Chapter I
How You Can Make Money With
The Erotic Dancers?

This is the nuts and bolts of the plan… a complete overview of what your business is
going to be about. A number of very important things will be covered in this course and
it's important that you pay attention to every single one of them.

Providing entertainment for bachelor parties within the boundaries of the law is a fun
and desired service. Although I enjoy the dancer business and believe there is nothing
ethically or morally wrong with it, still, there will be some people out there that might
disagree with me. From time to time, you will run across this kind of people who have a
different point of view concerning this.

In my business I have dealt with them in a number of ways:

Burn these three ideas into your head:

• Fly under the radar - Don’t make yourself a target unnecessarily.

• Avoid confrontation - Don’t argue or try to rationalize with them.

• Stay legal - If you start doing things illegal, you prove them right.

Stripper Business Plan

I'm going to highlight a number of general points before we go into the specifics of
putting the business together. These are important concepts that should guide you to
your business. As we go along, I will get into further detail on how to complete the
necessary things to make your business work.

You will notice that the website and this course’s title use the word “stripper”. In this
business, the term “dancing” is more palatable to the public, so the industry uses this
term all the time. Dancers are basically strippers. Use these two terms
interchangeable… use “stripper” when you are trying to get someone to buy a show and
in other contexts, use the term “dancer” to sound more respectful.

You are basically the agent for these women. You will train them, advertise for them,
negotiate the terms, schedule the show, act as the spokesperson, ensure their job is
done safely, and provide transportation.

The Bachelor Parties

Every year, millions of men get married in the United States. It is customary for the best
man, or other friends to organize a special event to commemorate the last days of the
grooms bachelorhood. When a bachelor party is being organized, this is one of the only
times that money is no consideration to having fun. This is a very important point,
because whereas usually people will not shell out $500 for an evening of entertainment,
this is very common for a bachelor party night. This is one of your keys to success.
Bachelor parties will make up 90% to 95% of your business. Keep this in mind,
because it becomes very important later on.

1. You Are The Salesperson!

Above and beyond anything you will be, when it comes to this business, you will be a
salesperson. The key to making a lot of money in any business is sales. If you can sell,
you can be wealthy. When people call you, you need to have the ability to sell them a
show. For some people selling is easier and for some people it will take a little bit of
work. Just remember… to be wealthy, you must sell something of your own. If you are
selling for someone else, like a retail store, you are making someone else wealthy.

2. Appointment Service

Another critical part of your success in this business will be your ability to schedule,
confirm and when necessary, change appointments. Being organized is important!

Again, as some people are born salesman, some people are better at organizing. You
will find your business will run smoother and will be more profitable if you are organized.
Throughout this course, I will recommend some resources that will help you become
more organized and put more money in your pocket.

3. All Cash Business!

This business is unique in the way that you will be paid…100% of your income will be in
cash! And if you do this well, it will be in the thousands of dollars. Most people have
never been involved in a business like this before. Cash comes with a number of
issues, some positive and some negative. The positive side is pretty obvious; who
wouldn't love to be paid all in cash?

13 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

The downside of a “cash payment only” business is that you will need to deal with this
from a legal and taxes point of view. There will be a huge temptation to underreport or
even report nothing of the cash that you will be bringing in. This is a legal, moral and
ethical dilemma that you – as the owner of the business – will only be able to answer for
yourself. I know some people who run this business and don't declare a dime and I also
know some who have always declared everything they made. I do not condone nor
recommend shortchanging the government when it comes to this business.

Trust me, the last person you want as an enemy is the United States Government! You
will have to do what you think is right. I highly recommend that everyone speak to a
competent tax professional. They will be able to help you manage this aspect of your
business in a legal and wise manner.

4. Your Legal Issues

I have successfully operated this type of business in a number of states. In addition, I

have assisted many of my friends and clients in establishing their dancing businesses in
even more areas of the country. It is important that you understand the laws
corresponding to your business completely. Ignorance of your laws in your state is not
a defense in a court of law.

I don't know about you, but if you ask me, I don't want even one minute of my valuable
time to be wasted in jail. Do the right thing, understand the laws and consult
professional legal advice. I will get into more detail about this later on.

5. Seasonal Business

One of the appeals of this business is that people can shape it to suit their own
individual needs. A college student may decide to make some extra money on the side

to help pay tuition. Others will build their business big enough in the hopes of quitting
their full-time job they currently have. Some will want to keep their full-time job and only
do this during the bachelor party season to make a lot of quick, easy cash quickly. The
choice is up to you on how you decide to implement this plan.

In the previous section, I mentioned that the majority of your shows will be bachelor
parties. You'll find that this is something positive, as well as negative. The upside is you
will be able to target and market specifically to bachelor parties which will increase your
business. The downside of this focus is that the wedding season is a small window of
opportunity during the year.

“90% to 95% of Your Business Will Be Done In The

Months of March, April, May, and June!”

You will have so much business during these four months. You'll be going nuts and the
cash will be flowing in so fast! You’re going to feel like you fell into a money truck!
However, after the bachelor party season, things tend to slow down. You may get a few
parties here and there, but you will be asking less money for them because you’re doing
business during the off season.

Remember, bachelor parties expect to spend a lot of money, but the miscellaneous
parties during the rest of the year will not be like that. Depending on your personal
preference and situation, you will need to plan accordingly for the business slowdown in
the “off” months.

6. The Employees

Remember back in the last section when I mentioned that you needed to be a good
salesperson? That doesn't just hold true for your customers!

“You need to be able to sell to your employees that they should work for you.”

The two kinds of employees you will be hiring are the dancers, as well as drivers. The
drivers will be responsible for conducting the business at the shows. They transport,
collect money and make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. When you first
begin, I suggest that you drive the dancers yourself, so you’ll be able to familiar yourself
with what the drivers do.

Later on, as your company gets bigger, you will be able to hire drivers to escort the
dancers, while you manage the evening from a central location (i.e. your headquarters).
This is necessary if you have two or more dancers out for the evening. Driving a few
shows will also help you train the drivers that you hire, later on.

Chapter II
Setting Up Your Business For The
First Time

1. Your Legal Considerations

This may be the most important chapter in this entire book. Now please read this
carefully, slowly, and cautiously…

“You Must Know The Laws In Your Area Perfectly!

NO EXCEPTIONS!”

If you or one of your dancers step over the legal line, all those ideas about making your
life great will be impossible. Having the government take your money or put you in jail
is the last thing you need in the world. I will give an overview of areas of concern for
you when it comes to this business.

The great thing about the United States of America is that each of the states has their
own ideas of how their state should be run. There is an obviously huge difference
between the laws of Nevada and Utah, yet they both exist within the United States.
Since I am not your legal representative, it would be impossible for me to detail in this
course the legal rules and boundaries of each state, county and local jurisdiction.

17 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

You need to do this important work. The first thing you should do before you decide to
get into this business is to do your research. You should consult an attorney and find
out which laws may impact your ability to run a dancer business. Some states are
easier than other states. Making sure that you stay within the legal boundaries of your
area is your sole responsibility. A competent attorney should be able to guide you to
make sure that you don't put yourself in legal jeopardy.

There are a number of specific areas that state laws may affect your dancer business.
Allow me to make it perfectly clear; I am not an attorney, I am not a paralegal, and I am
not an expert in the field of law. I do not give legal advice. From my own experience, I
will give you a number of laws that may impact your business. Again, it is important that
you consult with an attorney in your area to get the complete picture.

A. Pandering

Pandering is by far the worst offense that you can be accused of when it comes
to this business. Pandering is the legal term for pimping. One of the worst parts
about this business is that some people will try to tie you into this type of
accusation. It is the intention of this book to keep everything legal, and I don't
condone anyone doing anything unlawfully. The business plan that I am putting
forward is meant to be fun and lighthearted for everyone involved. You are not
“pimping” your girls out. If you have any preconceived notion that this business
involves that kind of behavior, I suggest you purchase another book.

Honestly, there is a ton of money to be made doing things legally.

I can’t stress enough that there is no reason for you to go over the line into the
realm of illegality. Please, don't be stupid. You are going to make a ton of
money here. Just do it the right way. If you follow this business plan, then you’ll
be just fine.

B. Nudity

This is the least 50% of the reason you wanted to get into this business! Who
would not want to make a ton of money watching girls dance naked for them?
However, before this happens, it is important to understand what the nudity laws
are in your state. For example, some states don't allow for breast to be shown in
public establishments.

To stay within the boundaries of the law, dancers (or strippers in the strip clubs)
wear pasties, small stickers that cover the nipple of the breast. This is a clever
way for owners to give customers what they want (naked girls), while still
remaining legal. This is the same thing you need to do. Find out what the laws
are when it comes to nudity and do obey them.

C. Massage Laws

Here's where things can become very tricky. Some states will allow a dancer to
physically touch a customer. How much touching and in what manner, varies
from state to state. Here's the deal... If you have a dancer, who is giving a
dance and starts rubbing the chest area of her customer with her hands and she
is not a licensed masseuse, she can be charged with giving a massage without a
license. You can be charged with the same crime because you own the
business! As I mentioned before, it is important to find a competent lawyer and
find out how the laws will be applicable to you.

Unfortunately, this chapter is the biggest downer in this course. But I think it is
important for everyone to know. Why? Because there is so much money to be
made in this business unless you screw up! Many people will decide to skirt the
law and come as close as they can to breaking it. They think that giving the
customer as much as they can, they are ensuring their business will be
successful. The closer you get to breaking the law, the more danger you put

19 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

yourself in. I certainly don’t recommend it. Take the time to find a good lawyer.
For a few hundred dollars you will have the answers to all these questions. Once
you have the answers to all these questions, you will be able to go forth with your
business with the clear state of mind.

There is a ton of money to be made doing things legally in each and every one of
the 50 states. Adapt your business to your area and watch the money roll in!

2. Naming Your Business

Naming your business can be the most fun and the most aggravating thing you will do
while setting up your business. Below I give a couple of guidelines. I suggest that you
create the name on your own… something you will feel connected to. I have seen
people use heritage ideas, like an Italian theme for someone who is Italian or using a
city name, which is very popular as well. Let your imagination roam a little bit and don’t
be afraid to ask your friends for ideas.

A. Don't Use Your Name!

Okay, I understand that you are very excited about starting your own business.
And many people who start their own businesses, name the businesses after
themselves. For example, Donald Trump named his company “The Trump
Organization”. Cool, huh?

However, it is important in this business to fly below the radar… try not to attract
too much attention. There will be time and place for that kind of fame. Right
now, the less people know about your real name, the better. You are less likely to
attract “ad” attention or offend anyone. So I strongly suggest you do not use your
first or last name.

B. Use the Word “Entertainment” In the Name

Use the word “entertainment” in your business name. This is important for a
number of reasons. You are providing an entertainment business, so this is an
accurate description of it. Another good thing about using the word
“entertainment” is that it could mean any number of ways to entertain. You could
be a talent scout, a clown, or even a magician! People won't know until they ask
you. It is also important to note that in the dancer industry, “entertainment” is
used quite a bit. So for people who know what they're looking for, you will seem
like a professional right off the bat.

Another reason for using the word “entertainment” in your name is that it is
somewhat respectable. You are able to tell strangers and even the members of
your family what the name of your business is without being embarrassed. Who
wants to go tell their mom that they opened a business named “Joe's Stripping
Business”? She could get worried for a lot of reasons!

Having a respectable name will also help you, should you decide to do business
with a financial institution, such as a bank. Later on, we will discuss that your
business should have that least a small checking account. When you go into the
bank branch to open up an account on your name, it will not raise any red flags.

Again, the word “entertainment” tells people what you do, yet allow you to still fly
under the radar.

C. Use Something Catchy

Come up with a name that is catchy and that people going to remember for a
long time. This is easier said than done for some people, but keep at it. You
could also use something that is significant to you such as a hobby. Someone
who I assisted opening a dancer business a few years ago named their business
“Checkmate Entertainment”… he was a chess player. This may seem like being
21 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved
Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

in pain at the beginning, but have its own fun. Recruiting some of your friends to
give you some ideas can be helpful too.

3. Creating Your Business Entity

There are a number ways you can create your business entity. Again, like I mentioned
with the legal aspects of this business, the laws will differ from state to state. When
you're first starting out I suggest keeping it very simple. In most states this would be a
DBA arrangement. DBA stands for “Doing Business As”.

It was the simplest form of creating a business, and typically no legal paperwork needs
to be created or filed. You can open up a checking account as a DBA. You'll be able to
write checks out under your business name (as well as accept them, which should
never happen).

Go into your local bank branch and ask the customer service representative about
opening a DBA account. The bank branch manager or customer service representative
will know exactly what you mean and will be well versed in the laws of the state.

Tax-wise, this is the least advantageous way to start a business, but at the beginning it
should be fine for you. Also check with a few different banks in the area as fees for this
type of account can vary. I don't think it's necessary to spend a ton of money, creating a
business entity until you have an idea whether this business will be enjoyable and
successful for you.

When you have had a successful season, I would suggest that you consult a tax
professional concerning your business entity. They will clearly understand how you
should structure your business and will guide you to the laws governing your area. It is
my strong belief that everyone should have a professional experienced tax professional
helping them whether they are running a business or not.

A. Your Business Telephone

This is the most important piece of equipment you're going to need. Most of us
have cell phones but you should consider having a dedicated cell phone to your
business. Mixing your personal and business cell phones is not a good idea.
You can create an outgoing message about your business and not worry about
people being confused. I recommend a cell phone so you can always have it on
you. If someone is calling around for dancers but they can only hear your
message, they will call another business (your competitors). If that happens, then
you lost the game.

Although you could use another type of phone, such as home phone or Internet
phone, I strongly recommend using a mobile phone. If you do not have a phone
that is portable, you will need to check it often. Usually, the company that speaks
directly to the customer FIRST, will book the show.

Your outgoing message should be as vague as possible. If someone is calling

you, they know what your business is. I recommend something along these
lines:

“Thank you for calling <YOUR BUSINESS NAME> Entertainment. Please leave
your name and number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank
you.”

Short and sweet, no-frills. Don't leave messages about when you will call them
back, if you're on vacation, etc. Remember the name of this game is flying under
the radar.

B. Prepare Your Business Cards

Any good businessperson has a business card! You need to have one too.
Going to Staples or another business card making store will be the easiest way
to create one. There are also some excellent online choices as well. You can
get a few hundred business cards for as cheap as $30. Make your cards as
simple as possible.

Your business cards should be the following:

• Generic

• Not a lot of writing

• Plain white background (or off-white)

• Black lettering

• Your cards should contain:

o Your business name

o Telephone number

o Give a “hint” of what your company does. I've always liked a

silhouette of a dancer. But please remember, the woman in the
picture does not need to be naked or in a sexual position! Use
your best judgment.

o You can also put on your card “bachelor parties”, “all occasions”,
“mild or wild”.

We will get into “mild or wild” later on. The two main people, you will be handing
these cards out to will be potential customers and potential dancers.

C. Geographic Scope

It is important to figure out how far, out of your “headquarters”, you are going to
send your dancers. For businesses in large metropolitan areas, it will be
unnecessary to travel too far. For those who are starting your business in more
rural areas, you may need to extend your range further out. Buy yourself a good
map and start understanding how far you are willing to send your dancers. There
is no real hard and fast rule on this. And depending on the type of request, you
can always make an exception from time to time.

During prime time, in the spring and early summer, you may not need to travel
too far. Also, if you have a potentially profitable show, but it is an hour and a half
away, you may decide to take it because of the cash involved.

Although there may be some exceptions, it is a good idea to understand your

territory before customers start calling. Also take into consideration how well you
or your drivers will know the area and if there is any competition.

D. Your Car (Transportation)

One of the main elements of your business will be transportation. For now, we
are going to assume that you will do at least some of the driving of the dancers
yourself. Later on, when you are more established, you can hire drivers and train
them to do this job. You will need a reliable vehicle for transportation of the
dancers. You do not need a flashy vehicle.

I recommend a plain, reliable car that will not attract attention.

Remember, we are trying to “fly under the radar”! You don't need to be
transporting the dancer in a brand-new Corvette. A discrete car is best.

E. Private Space

You will need an area to audition the dancers. This could be a number of
different places, and we will go into more detail later on about this. To start
thinking about places that are acceptable clean, accessible and private that you
can use for a couple hours at a time with no interruptions.

F. No Website?

People that I have assisted in get their dancer business established always ask
me if they should put up a website. I've never put up a website in all of the
dancer businesses I have owned. I know that the Internet is the great medium
where people go to look for business, but this may be the one instance where it
is unnecessary. Not only do I believe it is unnecessary, but not having a website
also helps you fly under the radar, again.

With that being said…this is not to say that in the future, should you become very
confident in your business and you know it cold, you could not put up a small
informational website with the business name, brief description, and telephone
number.

If you do build your own website, I highly recommend never putting up any
pictures.

Chapter III
Hiring The Dancers

The girls you hire will be taking off their clothes for people. There are enough women
out there who will do this, but it may take some effort finding the right ones. In this
section, I will try to give you the reality of what these girls are like, what you need to be
looking for and what will make them successful dancers for you.

Your goal is to find attractive, trainable, and reliable girls, who will give good shows.

1. What Kind of Girls Will They Be?

Contrary to popular belief, strippers in strip clubs (and dancers) are usually not nice girls
putting themselves through college. You'll find it more often than not; your girls will be
from the lower social class. They may have drinking or drug problems and many times
the girls you will hire will be a single mom and may have other family issues.

It is important to remember that everyone you hire deserves your respect. Morally, it is
the right thing to do and from a personal point of view, it is good business. These girls
will be making you a ton of money.

You will quickly find out that the dancing business may actually be the highest income
job that they are able to get. This obviously isn't always the case. It will be your job to

27 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

decide if they will be able to perform their duties as a dancer for you. No matter how
attractive a woman is, if she is not reliable, she will not be an asset to your company.

Common issues to dancers are:

• Drug or alcohol problems

• Single moms

• legal issues

• jealous boyfriends

• other family issues

It is important to understand that people from all classes live with these types of
problems. It will be your job to understand if they can deal with their challenges, and still
be able to perform their duties for you.

Dancer qualities:

• attractive face

• attractive body

• outgoing personality

• sensual/sexual aura

I don’t think I have to go into much detail. Just knowing what type of a girl would be the
kind you want to dance for you is the best thing. Most red-blooded American men have
been to a strip club. Those are the type of girls you want to hire! Although I mention
these are the qualities necessary in a dancer, you will never get a perfect girl no matter
what you do. A combination of attributes is usually what you can expect to get.

28 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

For example…

A girl with a not very attractive face, but with an amazing body can be a great dancer.
(And vice versa) The last two items on the list about personality may be the most
important.

If a dancer is only “decent” looking, but has an extremely outgoing and sensual
personality, she could still be the best dancer you have. This is also the fun of creating
your business. You know what type of girls you like and you will probably hire those
types of girls to be your dancers.

Just remember, other men like different types of women. Having different types of
women who appeal to different tastes in men is a good thing. When you first start
interviewing and auditioning the women, chances are; you are going to make some
mistakes. This will be a part of your growing process. I can only instruct and guide you
so much, and then you will need to experience it. Think of it this way…

Making a “mistake” by having a woman come get naked for you will probably be the
best mistake of your life!

2. Where To Get the Girls?

So where do we find these girls? Once you know the right places, it is easier than you
think. Below I've detail a number of areas that have never failed me in finding qualified
women.

29 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

A. Ask Your Friends

One of the first places you should consider looking for dancers is among your
friends. It seems like everyone knows a girl who is a little on the” freaky” side.
Also, looking for attractive girls who could use the cash is also a good idea.
Check among your friends, and ask around. Girls who you generally considered
easy and promiscuous are good bets to approach as they are less inhibited.

I strongly recommend you do not use your girlfriends (or any girlfriends of your
friends) please! This always leads to trouble. Try not to mix business with
pleasure, especially when it comes to this business. Let me repeat this important
point concerning anyone you decide to hire.

There must be no personal ramifications if they work with you.

B. Alternative Newspapers

This is usually the goldmine of where you'll find dancers. Alternative newspapers
are located in just about every major metropolitan city. These newspapers are
usually very artsy, politically liberal and recommend cultural activities. Some
may have an underground subject, or gay theme.

I cannot stress enough how important this newspaper will be for you.

If you are not familiar with one of these newspapers in your area, I suggest you
do a Google search and you should be able to find them pretty easy. Examples
of these newspapers are www.nypress.com in New York City and LA Weekly in
Los Angeles.

Stripper Business Plan

Find their telephone number and call their sales department and speak to one of
their sales representatives. They should be able to give you an idea of how
much it will cost to run a small advertisement. They generally cost about $10-
$20 per week. Post your ad in the help wanted section of the newspaper. Again,
this should be a short and simple ad.

An example of one would be the following:

“Dancers Needed For Bachelor Parties! No Experience Necessary! Will train.

High Paying! [Telephone Number]”

You will be surprised how many calls you will receive… so be ready.

C. Mainstream Newspapers

I once assisted someone create this business in an area where there was no
alternative newspaper to advertise. After some thought, we decided to run the
same ad as above in a regular newspaper! The response was much stronger
than we anticipated and we ended up with more than enough women to create
the business.

The key to running this “Help Wanted” advertisement successfully is that the
newspaper doesn’t realize that a “dancer” is a stripper. For all they know
somebody is doing ballet. The money necessary to run this ad is minimal (similar
to the alternative newspaper) and you should receive a considerable amount of
calls.

D. Online Resources

I am sure that there are many places on the Internet you could post for a dancing
position. It has been my experience that the traditional methods of finding girls
through friends and newspapers have been sufficient. However, I am not
opposed to using the internet if it is effective. It would seem that the following
places may be possible, such as; your local websites – that deal with the issues
in your city or town only.

If I had to post somewhere on the Internet, I would try Craig's List

(www.craigslist.org)… then find your state or city. I don't have much experience
with this, but I have been on Craig’s List number of times and it would seem like
it would be a good place to find women. The best part about it is that it is free.
Use a similarly phrased advertisement like the one I described above. Use a
simple ad. If you decide to use this website remember that you will have to post
your advertisement every few days to keep it “fresh” on the site.

E. Strip Clubs

One of the best places to find girls that are already trained and know exactly
what the dancing business is about is strip clubs. Obviously they already have
experience and you are in the position to check out how attractive they are. Also,
when they are dancing for you and you tip them, you can find out if they have any
sort of a personality.

This can be very tricky though. The last thing you need to do is to get into the
trouble with the strip club owner because you are trying to steal his girls. Being
subtle is the key here.

Remember? Fly under the radar.

32 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved
Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

The best way to check out a strip club for potential dancers is to just go to the
club as a patron. Going to a club with couple of friends of yours, as if you are
just having some fun is a good idea. If you find a dancer you would like to speak
to, wait until she comes over to your table to offer a lap dance. They all do this.

When she comes over, talk to her for a little bit. Strike up a little bit of
conversation and buy her a drink. This won't cost you a lot of money, maybe 20
bucks. This guarantees that you will have her attention for a few minutes. It is
important to be casual. Wait for an opening in the conversation to mention that
you run an entertainment company that does bachelor parties.

When the time is right, casually give her your card but don't make a big deal of it.
During the conversation, just make sure you slip in two points. You need to let
her know that you are always hiring new girls and that your girls make a lot of
money. If she is interested, she will give you a call. If she doesn’t call, no big
deal.

If you're approached by anyone working for the club for trying to steal her away,
deny it softly and leave the club immediately. Do not start any confrontation or
altercation, just apologize and walk away. The least amount of attention you can
draw to yourself, the better.

Strip clubs can be a great place to find quality girls, but use your common sense.

F. Conclusion

These are the main places to find girls. It will take some experimentation to
figure out which work best for your company and area. When you first begin your
business, you want to shoot for having about three solid girls. Although you may
get bigger, you will still have three or four reliable girls who do the majority of the

33 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

shows. You will also have a few backups you can call, just in case something
happens.

You will lose some girls because of various reasons. You will constantly be
looking for new ones. Just remember to start gearing up and interviewing a lot of
girls before the bachelor party season starts. You should start doing this at the
end of February. You don't want to start turning away business because you
don't have the girls to do the shows.

3. Telephone Interview

Many people are surprised to find out how much emphasis I put on the initial telephone
interview. They assume that how a girl looks is the majority of the game. Looks are
important, but the telephone interview helps you save your time by weeding out the girls
who will not work out for one reason or another.

When you start any conversation with a potential dancer, remember that you are a
professional. Also keep in mind that you may be this person’s boss. It seems weird
because most men are used to convincing women to take off their clothes. In this case,
they want the opportunity to take their clothes off for your consideration. Unimaginable,
don’t you think? ☺

It is important to state here that when you are discussing employment with them, you
need to create the impression that you are experienced and that you had done this
before. You cannot give any sign of weakness over the phone that you don't know what
you are doing. This is part of salesmanship! Just keep your tone cool and act like you
know what you're doing and you’ve been in this business for decades. Their confidence
in you will be established in a flash.

During your initial conversation with them, you need to obtain the following information
from the girls…

A. Statistics of the Girls:

1. Name
2. Age
3. Where do they live?
4. Stats
a. Ethnicity
b. Height
c. Weight
d. Hair Color
e. Hair Length
f. Bra Size
g. Eye Color
h. Tattoos

These statistics should give you a very good starting point of what she is like.
Assess her personality over the phone. In a few minutes of talking to her, you
should have an idea if she is worth an audition. Remember the cardinal rule,
what you like in a girl is important, but other men like other qualities. Maybe you
are crazy for Asian women, but the next person who calls asks specifically for a
blonde.

At this point, start getting a feel for her personality… this is key.

The next part of your conversation should be about her experience. You will find
that a good percentage of girls who call will have some sort of experience. It is
important to understand their experience level. When you first start this
business, having girls with experience is helpful. Ask them the following
questions:

Have they ever danced for parties before? Get the details.
Have they ever worked for strip club before? Get the details.

Those are the two major questions you want to know about their experience.

35 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

B. Availability

Make sure that she is available on weekends. The majority of your business is
going to be on Friday and Saturday nights. Let her know that the night could
start as early as 4 p.m. and could end as late as 3 a.m. There should be no
problem with babysitters or any other jobs getting in the way.

C. Pick Her Up!

It is important to find out if she will be able to get to the staging point. (It could be
your place or a neutral location) Either she will get herself there or the driver will
have to go pick her up if she doesn't have her own transportation. If she does
not have her own transportation this does not disqualify her. Just keep this in the
back of your mind. If she has the potential to be one of your strongest dancers,
having the driver go pick her up may be well worth the hassle.

D. Explain the Job

After getting her stats and talking to her about her experience, you should have
an idea if she could be a candidate. If at this point during the interview you
decide that you would like to have her audition, you should now give her an
understanding of what being a dancer will entail.

The following points will be your highlights of the job:

• Bachelor parties.
• No boyfriends (or other friends) can come.
• Security/Driver provided.
• Nudity/Strip show required (staying within state/local laws).
• About $150-200 per one hour show plus tips.
• “Your girls make up to $1500 a night”
36 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved
Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

It is important to really talk up your business and explain how easy the money is
and how much she will make.

E. The Million Dollar Question

If she is a girl who does not have any experience, you need to ask her if she's
shy and if she will be able to take her clothes off in public. This is important!
She must commit that she is able to do that.

F. Final Evaluation

By the end of the interview, you should have a good understanding if you want to
audition her. She should meet the following criteria:…

• Do her stats sound attractive?

• Does she give you the feeling that she would be reliable?

• Does she have an outgoing personality?

Here is where you will have to use your best judgment. Take all of the information
you've gathered in this interview and decide whether you want to audition her. You
can always take her information and give her a call back if you need some time to
think about it. If you have a strong feeling about her right off the bat, schedule a
time for her to meet you for an audition.

4. The Audition

Previously, I discussed that you will need a suitable place to conduct your auditions.
You need a place that will be respected by the dancers. That is really the only criteria.
It doesn't even need to be your place! And you don't have to tell the girls that it isn't
yours. Think about it this way… if you don't look like you've ever done this before, you
going to lose a lot of credibility.

Never go to the girl’s apartment or home for the audition.

Many people make this mistake. You need to see how she performs and if she will take
off her clothes outside of her comfort zone. Also, if you audition at her place, then it
becomes an event for her friends, which doesn't help. You don't need her boyfriend or
kids disrupting your hiring process. You need to look respectable and that you have
your shit together. You would never interview for a position at a bank at your apartment,
right?

And also a word of caution, never use your parents place, unless you are 100%
sure they will not be home! ☺

Have on hand at the audition:

A. Scheduling Calendar

This tool will be your best friend and it shouldn't leave your side. You should also
keep all of the contact information for your dancers in this calendar. You can
pick up a nice leather planner/calendar at a local office supply store for about
$20.

38 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

B. Hand Over Your Business Cards

Give the potential dancer one of these at the beginning of the audition. The
obvious reason is so that she has your contact information. A more important
reason is that it gives you and your company instant credibility. You should also
have the notes you took about her during the initial telephone interview.

C. Stereo and Music

All dancers need music right? I suggest having a home stereo or boom box
available for you to play some music for her to audition to. Pop, rock, slow or
heavy metal? All depends on your customers.

Common dancing music includes…

a. Aerosmith
b. Van Halen
c. AC/DC
d. Nelly
e. Puff Daddy.

D. Attendance

Ideally, she should be alone. She may ask to have a friend there for safety
concerns, which is very normal. You may want to let that slide. It could be a
girlfriend or a guy, but try to restrict it to only one person. There should not be a
group of people with her to audition.

Use your common sense… you do not want this to become a safety issue for you

39 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

You should not invite a group of friends to watch the audition. Although this is
one of the fun parts of your business, you need to remain professional.
Remember you are trying to make money for your girls and for yourself! Period!
If you come off as unprofessional to the dancers, you will not be a respected.

You might want to take one other person with you to assist with the evaluation;
possibly one of your drivers is fine. If you have someone else present for the
audition to help you, explain who they are and why they're there.

E. Introductions

Introduce yourself and give her your business card. You need to have a
businesslike and commanding presence without being bossy or pushy.
Remember, you have to look like a tough, yet friendly professional. Part of being
a salesperson is being able to sell that you have a plan to make her a lot of
money.

After the pleasantries are done, proceed with an explanation about everything
that is going to happen during the audition, including the striptease action. She
should have a good understanding how the audition process for your company
works.

Now is the time to re-explain the business that you are in. But this time, talk
seriously into the money-making business. Tell her everything about the booking
shows for bachelor parties. Explain clearly that she will be performing for those
parties…taking off her clothes and giving an erotic show.

If she is experienced, this will likely not be necessary, but do through the
explanation anyway. If she is not experienced, she will probably need more
explanation. When you are done let them ask questions. Always be

40 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

emphasizing that she will be making a ton of cash. This is your selling point to
those girls! Everybody desires lots of money, so use that to your benefit.

Now that you have her in front of you, you should have an idea if you would like
to see her get naked for you. Remember, while she’s dancing erotically in front
of you, just make sure you get relax and enjoy as if you’re the customer!
Chances are, if you really eager to see her naked, your customers will want to
see her naked too! And if you really enjoy her erotic striptease, your customers
will most definitely enjoy her striptease too!

A Couple of Notes:

It is very highly unlikely, but it is worth mentioning that there is a

small possibility that she could be a cop looking for any signs of
prostitution. In all the years I've owned these businesses, I've
never had seen the case myself. As far as I know, no one had been
detained because of this, but still it's worth mentioning. Why?
Because I've always had it in the back of my mind that it could be a
possibility. A healthy dose of paranoia is not a bad thing in this
business!

“Never say or even hint that she can go further

than the legal limits.”

Tell her that she will never have to touch the customer. She will be
dancing ONLY. Be cool and stay within the limits of the law… and
yes, you have to be suspicious of everyone around you.

Your confidence during this process is very important. Especially in front of the
girls who have been in this business before. You don't have to run your
businesses like every other business, but you should seem like you’ve been
41 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved
Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

doing this for a while and you know exactly what you are doing. Fake it until you
make it!

If she asks you how long you've been doing this, you can give vague answers
such as “a little while now,” or you can say it in a humorous way. You don’t have
to tell her everything though. The point is; you need to sound like you know what
you're doing to earn her trust. Just sell your ass off!

Your attitude should be that you are already her boss. You need to inspire her
and present yourself and your company as THE place to work. Remember the
following:

• Be objective in the audition.

• She is a prospective employee, not a date.

• Be genuinely concerned about her - this includes her feelings, her

concerns about the job and the money she will make.

The rest of the audition will depend on her level of experience.

*Experienced?

If she has experience in either strip clubs or doing shows, just ask her to
do her routine (Or “the show”). She probably already has one and now
she'll perform it for you. By the way, this is one of the perks of the job. So
enjoy it!

42 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

*No Experience?

If the girl has never danced for someone in the past, their first time may be
little touchy. It is a fine balance between letting her do it on her own and
you coaching her to do it. She may need some encouragement to do it the
first time. The only thing you should do in order to encourage her is to tell
her she's hot and attractive, and she is going to make a lot of money. But
do not persuade her too much!

You do not need her to strip only when she is comfortable. She will not be
able to do her job completely comfortable! When she is doing a show, she
will have to be comfortable and confident enough to do it by herself.

The best way to get things kicked off with someone who is inexperienced
is to bluntly ask her to take off her clothes. You can ask her with a little bit
of humor, but she needs to understand that this is the nature of the
business. I know it seems like there should be some sort of warm up, but
believe me it is better to cut to the chase. It will take her forever to take
her clothes off if she is too shy.

And although personally this may be a lot of fun for you, this is a business,
and you need to know if she is going to be able to do her job. You can be
nice about it, but you and she should have an understanding that is what
needs to happen at this audition.

You should encourage her professionally. Tell her what she wants to
hear… she has a great body, or tell her she has a great face or beautiful
hair. She's a woman and every woman loves complements. This will
boost her comfort and confidence level, and may possibly help her feel
comfortable enough to do what she needs to do.

43 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

Remember, you need to be paying attention to her personality and her

enthusiasm – not just her hot ass! You need to be evaluating her entire
package (no pun intended) to see if she will be a good fit for your shows.
You will also need to train inexperienced dancers at least once before you
send them to a show, maybe more.

F. Evaluation

After she is done, let her leave without letting her know something. Even if you
are 100% sure that you are going to use her, let her leave. The reason you
do this is because psychologically it sets the tone that YOU are in charge, not
her.

Now ask yourself the following questions…

1. Does she have a nice body?

Obviously, she has to have a decent body to do this job, but she does not
have to be all perfect. No one is perfect from head to toe.

2. Is she pretty?

Again, she doesn’t have to be a homecoming queen. She needs to strike

a good balance between having a pretty face and a nice looking body.
Between her looks and her body, she should be an attractive girl that
people will want to pay money to see her naked. Use your best judgment
as a man.

3. Does she have an engaging personality?

At this time you have had a conversation on the phone with her and now
spent some time with her in person. She doesn't have to have a perfect
personality, but she should be outgoing enough and personable enough to
entertain men at bachelor parties.

44 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

This is a key component and can easily make up for a woman with a less
than perfect body and/or face.

4. Would do you pay $500 for her to do a show at your best friends’
bachelor party?

This is the most important question of all. Again she doesn't have to be
perfect, but someone is going to pay good money for her and they should
feel like they got their money's worth. When you begin your business, the
quality of your talent may not be perfect, but it never is.

As you become more comfortable in the business and audition more girls,
you will become better at knowing what type of girl is going to work for
you. You can always keep auditioning more girls and replace some of your
girls with better girls. Always do this nicely, because in case of an
emergency, you can always call the other girls for back-up.

G. Decision Time!

How many girls you're going to need will depend on how busy you are going to
be. If you are gearing up for the beginning of the bachelor party season, hire
more girls than necessary because some just won't work out. Pick the best of
the best, and give them a call back. Schedule them for training if they have no
experience.

For experienced dancers, you may be able to send them directly to a show.
You'll just have to ask them and see if they feel comfortable doing that.
Remember, the driver (if you hired one) will also help them get used to the way
you run your business.

For the girls you didn't choose, go ahead and give them a call, and let them know
you will call them if you need them. Although this can be a sketchy business,
trying to do the right thing is important. Being nice and professional doesn't cost
you a dime and you never know when you could use someone in the future.

Chapter IV
Getting The Business Run

Congratulations! If you are ready for this part of the course, it means that you have
hired a number of girls who are ready to perform shows for you. We will discuss the
training of your employees later. A number of important concepts have been given to
you so far.

To this point, you have learned how to establish a business entity, create an appropriate
name, and identify bachelor parties as the majority of your business. You have also
taken the steps on how to find women who will be suitable for your business.

This next section we'll discuss how to identify and advertise to do your target market.
Remember, your advertising and any marketing should be done in the four months of
the bachelor party season.

1. Again, Ask Your Friends

As always, the first place you should look when it comes to business is through people
you already know. People know people who are getting married and you need to start
letting people know what service you provide. Whenever you are awake, you should be
marketing and advertising your business! Once you establish knowledge among your
friends and acquaintances that you provide this service, they will start to seek you out
when they need a dancer.

You just have to keep reminding them that this is what you do and make sure that they
always have a supply of your business cards on hand. When you hear about someone
having a bachelor party, feel free to ask for the name and phone number of the best
man. He is usually the person who will organize the bachelor party. Call him directly
and ask him if he was considering hiring dancers.

Sell your company to him! You have to be proactive and go looking for business!
Some business will come to you through your marketing, but word of mouth is definitely
helps much more than you think. Just remember to always talk up how hot your girls
are and what great shows they give!

Other great places to advertise locally are colleges and military bases in your area. If
you run across people in a bar, don't be afraid to tell them what you do. They are
usually very interested and will talk to you about it. You cannot keep it a secret what
business you're in and you never know when someone will need a dancer. Be sure to
give everyone you have conversations with your business card.

2. Alternative Newspapers

As you may remember in the past chapter, I mentioned that alternative newspapers will
be a main source for your business. The same newspaper that you used to recruit girls
will now be used to advertise for your service. I have seldom needed any more
advertising than advertising in these newspapers. For people who are close to a
metropolitan city, this will probably be the only newspaper you will need to advertise in.

For those who find themselves in more rural locations, things will not be as easy as
those who are near a city. There are alternative newspapers in smaller cities as well.
For instance, in North Carolina, the Raleigh-Durham area has the “Independent”. If you
are anywhere near a city (an hour's drive or less), you may consider testing the waters
with an ad in the city’s alternative newspaper.

Stripper Business Plan

I am not going to sugarcoat anything; you will have to work a little bit harder to get your
customers. There are pros and cons to be near a city and being further away…this is
one of the cons.

For those who have alternative newspapers in their area, you will want to call their sales
department again. You will probably be dealing with a different person then the person
you dealt with when you ran the classified ad. There will be a number of different
options for you advertising in their newspaper. I suggest that you keep your expenses
down to a minimum. The salespeople will attempt to upsell you into various
advertisements including larger advertisements and ones with color.

I recommend you go with a quarter or eighth of a page (depending on how much money
you can spend), black and white advertisement. After you have become more familiar
with the business, you may want to have a professional marketing person create your
camera-ready advertisement. Outside designs are usually better, but the newspaper
has internal designers that will usually create one for you at no charge. Just keep it
simple, and have the pertinent information on the ad.

Your ad should have your business name, telephone number, a graphic of a girl and a
few words describing what you do. The same types of descriptions as earlier such as
“bachelor parties”, “Any occasion”, etc.

A Few Examples of The Ads:

Long Advertising:

• Find the right female adult entertainer for you / or your party. Whether you
are planning a private 1 on 1, a bachelor party, a birthday bash or just a
night of fun with the guy's, the first thing to do is find the right female adult
entertainer for you.....

It will also be helpful for you to form some kind of relationship with the salesperson.
They have probably worked with other businesses like yours, and maybe a wealth of
information to help you. They may have some great ideas and suggestions that you

49 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

should always consider. Also remember that many of their ideas and suggestions will
put more money in their pocket.

When speaking to the newspaper salesperson, be sure to ask them about advertising
opportunities on their website. Many times they can work a deal out with you. Ask for
the demographic information to see how the website performs.

There are many ways to advertise and market your business. I have given you a
number of ways that work for this unique industry. I will recommend a book that I found
very useful in helping me with marketing. It is guerrilla marketing by Jay Conrad
Levinson. You can search his book at Amazon.com.

I suggest you read this book, cover to cover, and check out his website, because there
is lots of useful information in it. You will probably not use all of the things he suggests
in his book, but if you use just a few of his ideas and they get you a couple of shows, it
would be well worth a $20 purchase. Invest in the future of your company!

3. What About Yellow Pages?

Many businesses advertise in the Yellow Pages. In the past it was the main source of
advertisement for local and national businesses. Although it still can be a source of
gaining new customers, there is a growing trend away from the traditional Yellow
Pages. The fact of the matter is most people are now turning to the Internet for
information purposes. As this trend keeps moving forward, you will have to adapt your
methods as well. Keep in mind that you are in a unique business and will not market
like most businesses. Most people looking for this type of alternative business will turn
to alternative sources such as the newspapers I have mentioned, as well as some
alternative websites such as Craig's List.

50 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

I recommend not using the Yellow Pages. First of all, it is very expensive even for a
small ad in the Yellow Pages. They usually lock you into a one-year contract and divide
your payments into one per month. It is possible to form a strategic alliance with other
entertainment companies that are advertising in the Yellow Pages.

With that being said, people in rural locations may consider the Yellow Pages or smaller
hometown telephone directories. Away from the city is a little bit cheaper and
sometimes it may work. If your options are limited I suggest you take a look at it.

4. Timing

I have said the number times in this course that your prime time is during Bachelor party
season. This is a critical point and I want you to keep in mind. If you begin your
business and it is not during a bachelor party season, you will still get some customers
and book some shows, but it will not be the volume that you will see during the bachelor
party season. Begin advertising at the end of February and continue your advertising
until the end of June. These parameters will be a little different for each area of the
country, so you may have to experiment. Once the phone calls stop coming in, you will
know that the season has ended.

“Be prepared to take advantage of your busy season and if you

take advantage of it with the money you make in that short
period of time (four months) will more than make up for the rest
of the year being slow.”

Spring is perfect because you can buy that brand-new convertible with the money you
are making!

5. Customer Calls

In Field of Dreams, Kevin Costner heard a voice that said “if you build it, they will come”.
If you have followed the directions in this course and placed the ads like I said, your
phone is going to start ringing for people wanting your girls to do shows for them. When
you have someone call looking for a girl for a show, it is imperative that you book as
many as possible.

This is where being a good salesman is necessary. I will go over some of the unique
features of selling your service, but remember, I cannot be there to hold your hand.
You're going to have to find your salesman voice and figure out how to get people to
commit to a show.

6. Be the Salesperson

When someone calls they are interested in your service. You need to be upbeat,
positive and try to create some sort of connection with the person who is calling. Here
are a couple of suggestions:

A. Be Friendly

Ask questions about the party and act interested in what is going on. Act like
you’re his best friend, but not quite so obvious. People do business with people
that they like. Without being formal, try to get the potential customer to like you.

52 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited

B. Always Smile! ☺

Smiling when you are speaking on the phone seems like a stupid thing. But
studies have shown that people can tell if someone is in a good mood when they
are speaking to them on the telephone. You should be happy anyway, and you
should have a smile on your face because someone has given your company a
call. And you're probably going to make some money! So smile and enjoy
yourself.

Most people ask one of two questions at first. Cost and what type of girls to
have. You need to delay answering both of those questions, at first. Instead,
ask them a number of questions to get better idea of where they are coming
from.

C. You Need To Control the Conversation

The questions you should be asking are:

• What type of a party is it?

• What type of a girl are they looking for?

• When is the party? (time and date)

• Where is the party?

Here are some of the keys of this business, and how it is conducted.

• When you are speaking to him about booking a show, act like your company
is a lot bigger than you really are. Give the perception that you have done
this for a long time. It's also helpful to act like you have a lot of appointments.
If people are using you, you must have great girls, right?

Stripper Business Plan

• You should be writing down when the party is and get the address as well.
Act like the party is already booked to the customer.

Here is what almost guarantees you will book the party at the price you
want as well as which girl you want to do the show…

• Ask the customer if they want a “mild” or a “wild” show!

At this point, the customer will ask what the difference is between the “mild” and
“wild” show. This is where you bullshit the customer a little bit. Tell the customer
that the wild show is absolutely crazy, the girls get crazy, and the girls really get
into it. They do a lot more in the “wild” show. Just tell them that the mild show is
also good, but a little tamer.

Here is where you get into pricing. You should be attempting to get
approximately $550 to $650 for a show. (This will depend on what your market
can bear) When you present the prices to the customer, you tell them that it will
be only $450 for the show. Explain to them that the show is an hour-long. And
now this is where you hook them, let them know that for the “wild” show, it's only
an extra $100.

A couple of things are at play here. First of all, no one is going to want the “Mild”
show, especially when for only an additional $100 they can “upgrade” to the
“WILD” show. Basically, you just squeezed another $100 out of them.

There will be times when people will try to knock down the price that you give
them. During the slow season, you should consider knocking it down a little bit.
Maybe knocking it down $100 makes sense. But during your busy season, there
should be no reason to knock the price down. Remember, people throwing a
bachelor parties expect to spend a lot of money for having fun. They don't want
to let down their best friend!

Previously in your conversation with them, you asked them what type of girl they
wanted. You honestly don't care what type of a girl they want and this is where
you give them the girl that you want them to have. You should already have an
idea who will be available for that show. After they tell you that they want the
“wild” show, you recommend to them the dancer that you want to do the show.
Now, you use the fact that they wanted a wild show to sell the dancer of your
choice. Your sales pitch may go something like this:

“Okay, so you want to the wild show? Excellent. What date was that again?
The 15th? Let me see who I have available. It looks like I have one of my best
girls available. Her name is Sabrina, and she would be the perfect girl for your
party. You said you wanted the wild show and Sabrina gives the best wild shows
around. And she will rock your world, I guarantee it.”

Here is where you let them know how sexy she is, what a kick-ass body she has,
etc. Talk her up! You can go on to describe her… her measurements and
ethnicity, breast size, whatever he wants to know. Just make sure you keep
talking her up. The reality is; your customers are going to take whatever girl you
want to give them if you sell it right.

7. Once They Have Committed…

Once they have decided to book one of your girls for their show. You need to get some
information from them. The following information needs to be gathered:

• Name of the person hiring the dancer.

• A full & complete address where the show will take place.

• What occasion.

You need to explain the following to them:

55 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

• Who will be dancing.

• It is an hour-long dance only. If they want more they can ask more on the spot.,

• There will be 10 minute break – one time only.

• A driver will escort the dancers.

• The driver will be paid before the dancer comes in.

• Payment is in cash only.

• The dancers likes tips, so they should have some ones with them.

• Make the arrangements for music (or the dancers can bring some).

Once you hang up and everything is confirmed, call the driver and the dancers and
schedule with them both. Write all of the details down in your scheduling calendar.

8. Schedule, Honey!

You will not make a ton of money just booking one of these shows a night. Some
people may want to be able to make a couple hundred dollars extra on the weekends.
But if you’re like me and want to make a ton of cash, you need to book as many shows
as possible per night.

You will want to attempt to book each dancer for about six dances per night. This may
sound like a lot, but during the busy season, it is easier than you think. You can even

squeeze more in there if you can. (You have to start the dances earlier in the day)
When you are scheduling shows for each night, it is important to look at a map to
understand how much time is going to be needed to travel from one show to another.
Take that time into consideration when booking a girl for back-to-back shows.

56 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

You are also going to want to take advantage of shows that are happening in the same
location. For example, if you have a show at 7:00 pm on the east side of the city, don't
book a show for eight o'clock on the west side. If possible, schedule another girl with
another driver for the other side of the city or get the customer to agree to a later time.

Make sure your driver has a map and he will be able to find the locations you are going
to schedule the shows.

9. Training

Training in any business will determine if your business is successful or not. Each of
your employees should understand their role and how you want it completed. In order
for them to know this, you must take the necessary time to train them properly.

You will be training yourself by reading this course carefully. The plan I laid out
contained in the secrets of how to run this business successfully. You need to know
this manual cold.

The two other employees, you need to train are your dancers and the drivers.
Schedule, about one hour, with your employees to conduct the training.

10. The Dancers

Like I stated before, how much training your dancers need will be dependent on how
much prior experience they have. If they have had experience performing shows for
parties it is still helpful to go over these rules in order to make sure you are both on the
same page.

Creating specific routines for your dancers is usually unnecessary. Women usually
have a good idea about things that men want to see. They usually pick this up off of
television and movies and for the most part they are correct! Here are some of the
basics…

• Having specific moves to show off in various parts of their body. I.e. squeezing
their breasts together or jiggling them or bending over at the waist to show off
their ass.

• Have your girls come up with specific moves to accentuate their best features.

• The dancers will be taking off their clothes for every show, but they need to do it
in such a way that they milk it…have it take some time without being annoying to
the customer.

• Wear sexy clothes in layers. Women have a good idea of what type of clothes to
wear for this business.

• Filling up one hour worth of dancing may seem difficult, but the hour really flies
by without you even noticing it.

• Giving individual attention to each of the members of the audience makes the
time go quickly. Make sure that the dancer gives the ”guest of honor” a lot of
personal attention

• Possibly even more important, give the best man or the person paying for the
show just as much attention.

• Stockings, hat, shoes... anything like that delays revealing the goods is helpful.

• Make sure the dancer knows the floor should be clean (Any apartment or house
is usually fine) before doing any floor work.

• Have her pay attention to the entire crowd, but the two most important people
there are the person who is paying, and the guest of honor, in that order.

• The first 20 minutes the dancer should keep her bottoms on. She can pull away,
tease, etc…but keep them on!

• At the 30 minute mark, the driver will take her somewhere private (like a
bathroom) to give her a break.

• After the break, the dancer will begin again, and after 10 minutes, she should be
bottomless. This will give the crowd a good 25 minutes to see “all of the goods”
58 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved
Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

• Making eye contact, talking to the audience and establishing “a connection” is the
most important thing.

• The dancer should pay closer attention to those who are tipping her. This will
encourage the other members of the audience to tip as well.

• The dancer will be approached at some point to do more intimate… like sex or
kissing, etc. Teach the dancer to be prepared for this and to politely decline
without saying “no”. Something like, “I would love to, baby, but I can’t...”, then
change the subject as soon as possible.

• Instruct the dancer NEVER to engage in sexual activities, or anything outside the
boundaries of the local and state law.

• If the dancer is having a hard time learning how to dance, bring her to a local
strip club and have her observe the strippers there in “live” action.

• You need to pump up your dancers! What they are doing is tough and they need
you to cheer them on…Be their biggest fan and they will believe in you and make
you a TON of money.

11. Your Driver Is Your Right Hand

The drivers are your eyes and ears when it comes to this business. It doesn't take a
rocket scientist to do this job, but a certain level of maturity, salesmanship, responsibility
and common sense is necessary.

The key points for hiring a good driver and training them are as follows:

• They must have reliable transportation.

• A cell phone, preferably with NEXTEL (Walkie-Talkie Style).
• An agreeable guy and somewhat street smart.
• A GPS in the car is INVALUABLE.

59 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

• The safety of the girl is paramount. If there is any problems, CALL THE
POLICE.
• Do not start fights, be the HOST and NICE to everybody.
• There are usually never have any problems with the driver (everyone thinks
that the driver have a gun behind, or he’s a part of the mob).
• Getting them to call you again is IMPORTANT.
• Leave a stack of business cards for everyone attending.
• Talk up the girl who is there, as well as the girls who are NOT there to the
customers (they may want to see a different girl next time).
• Most customers are hard-working, red-blooded Americans. They will not give
you trouble… Drivers are LESS “security” and MORE of an “ambassador”

How a typical evening goes down…

• Meeting with the dancer(s) and driver(s) at a central location.

• Keep the attitude positive and chat about how much money everyone is going to
make

• Be organized. You are in charge. Understand which girls are going to which
jobs and in what order.

• Also pick out drivers in advance. You are coordinating this….be professional.

• Give a quick rundown of what kind of parties there will be, how many people, and
who the point of contact is.

• Dancers and drivers leave for their first appointments.

• Always be in contact with them. If they get stuck in traffic, they should call you.
If they have an accident (rarely, but no one knows, right?), they should call you.

• YOU manage all of the conversation with the customers (until they arrive at the
show).

• The drivers should not call the customers directly. Everything should be done
through you (until they arrive at the show).

• The drivers should pull up to the place where the dancing will occur. They
should leave the dancer in the car and go meet the person who has hired them.

60 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited
Stripper Business Plan

• The driver should take all of the cash at that point. At no point should the dancer
know how much money has changed hands. They will try to find out, but it is
important that the driver does not tell them. Tell your driver about this!

• The driver should ask for a location that the dancer can get ready. And then
escort the dancer there.

• When the driver is with the dancers, he should try to keep them calm and
confident, telling them how great they are and how beautiful they looks.

• When the girls are almost ready, the driver will then go out to where the dancers
will be performed and warm up the crowd. He will lay down the ground rules,
such as; there will be 10-minute break for the dancers to get rest, one time only.
He will tell the audience to treat them like ladies and that they’re here for
entertainment. Also, remind them that no nasty business like; name calling or
rude comments will be tolerated.

• The last thing the driver will say is for everyone to enjoy themselves, and the
dancers love tips. At that point he should give anybody change, who needs it.

• The driver will then start the music (or the customer will) and go get the dancers,
who will come out and begin to perform.

• Just about this time, the driver will call you and tell you exactly when the dance
will begin. It is important that you write down the time, because they paid for one
hour, and one hour is all they get. This becomes important later, as well. This is
also important to keep control of the situation. So, you are not being taken
advantage of by the dancers or the driver.

• As tips are given, the driver will go around and collect the free dollar bills and
placed them all into one of his pockets. This signals to the dancers that all of
their money is going in to one place and that they will be given everything that
they’re tipped. The dancers must know that this is going to happen and this is
the system, so you have to educate them.

• Picking up the dollar bills off of the floor is important, because the customers
don't realize how much they have spent and also stops them from re-using the
money.

• After the initial half-hour, there is a ten minute break when the dancers usually
goes into the place where she got ready (usually the bathroom). Now is the time
to bring her something to drink – no alcohol though. Tell them that they are
doing great. Keeping their confidence up is important, because they still have
another half hour to do. Mention how much money they’re making and how
61 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

much the people are enjoying the show. And then, tell them to wait for a couple
of minutes while the driver talks with the customers for another attempt to sell.

• The second part of the show begins, as per the dancer's instructions.

• At precisely 1 hour (it is important for the driver to have a watch, of course), the
dancers makes their final-round and goes to the place where she got ready.
They cleans up, change their clothes and use the restroom if necessary. While
this is happening, the driver is making as much contact with everyone in the
room as possible. This is the time to build a relationship with everyone, it is
important to be very nice and polite. It is a good idea to hand out cards and let
everybody know that you love to bring some more girls again to them.

• Here is another key to making more money. If there is no show booked

immediately after this one, the driver can approach the best man to see if he
wants the show extended. He explains that for just $150, he can extend the
show for another half hour. If people are still interested in seeing them dance, he
may agree to it.

• Take a look and see if the audience still has money out for tips. If they do, they
will probably want the girls to stay. If the best man agrees, collect the money for
the extension and let the dancers know that you have booked more time. Give
them a five minute break in the rest area (where they prepared for the show) and
let them continue the show. All of this needs to be coordinated between the
driver and you. You should know exactly what is going on, so the driver should
call you to inform you of the show extension or the show ending.

• Once the show is over, the driver gets the dancers and goes up to the vehicle.

• The drivers then calls into you and let you know that everything is okay. And
they are on the way to the next show (if there’s any).

• During the trip to the next show, the driver gives the tip money to the dancers.
This is usually a fun part of the evening, and it really boosts the spirit of all the
dancers.

• This cycle is repeated until all of the shows are completed for the evening.

• At the end of the evening, the driver and dancers meet up with you again. The
driver in private gives you all the money. This does not include tips, of course.
Depending on what you have negotiated with each of the dancer, you pay her
what she is owed.

62 ©StripperBizPlan.com – All Rights Reserved

Stripper Business Plan

• It is customary for the dancer to give a percentage of her tips to the driver.
Obviously, it is helpful for the driver to create a good working relationship with the
dancer. It's important that the dancer likes the driver as he is responsible for her
safety and her money. Please educate your dancer about this too.

• Thank each of the girls for doing such great job, see if she has any concerns and
tell her you will call her for the next show.

• After the dancers have left, now you pay the driver. The driver usually gets paid
about $50 for each of the dances. Plus, whatever he is tipped by the dancers.
You and the dancer, generally split 50-50, whatever is left after the drivers paid.

For example, if you've negotiated a dance that pays $450, the driver will get paid
$50, leaving $400 left. That means you and the dancer get $200 each. If you
are being paid $200 apiece, and one of your dancers does four dances a night
(which is slow during the busy season) you stand to make $800 just on that one
dancer. If you have three dancers out, you just made yourself almost $2400 in
CASH.

“With six dancers out, you can make nearly

$5,000 in a single night!”

You should split the show extensions in this way: The driver will take an additional
$25.00 per half hour, and the dancer and you will split the rest 50/50. For instance, if
you book a half hour extension and it pays $125.00, the driver gets $25.00 and you and
the dancer get an additional $50.00 each. Not bad for a quick half hours worth of work,
don’t you thnk?

12. The Law (Again)

Look up the regulations concerning the business you will be doing. There is no excuse
not to know the law. If you do not do this, the police will not have pity on you and your
ignorance of the law. If necessary, hire an attorney to thoroughly investigate what legal
restrictions there may be on your local or state level. The few hundred dollars spent, up
front, can save you a lot of time, money, aggravation, and possibly jail time.

Stripper Business Plan

When you have thoroughly completed your search, and you understand the laws in your
locale, construct your business to always remain within the legal limits. However, it is
important to understand that the nature of this business is to come as close to the legal
restrictions as possible. Start out slowly and gradually build your way up. And only then
you will understand what wiggle room you have in your particular case.

Also, your customers will have an expectation of something. It is important to

understand that every customer thinks that they are getting more than they will
be getting. There are a number of ways around this. First of all, when taking the initial
order over the phone, be very vague about how far the dancers will go. Just stress to
them that they will enjoy themselves and guarantee it.

After all the years I've done this, everyone enjoyed themselves and no one asked for
their money back. The second part when people will be expecting “more” is when the
dancer is at the location. They may even come right out and ask your driver.
Sometimes they will ask to pay more in order to get sexual favors. The standard
response to this is again to be very vague and also use the fact that it is a first dance
and you don't know them yet, and therefore cannot trust them with doing anymore. If
the dancer is approached, she should say they need to speak to you or the owner of the
company.

Again, making sure you stay within the limits, while skirting them. Being vague with
your customers and having your dancers entertain them well is a win-win for everyone.

Final Words
There are so many ways to start and run this kind of entertainment business. Not to
mention, there’s also lots of ways to enjoy it. For example; many of my colleagues ask
me how they can finance the business. Well, remember, you can always ask your
friends to tag along on your venture – even if you already have enough money to start
this business. Why? First of all, to reduce the risk you’re taking.

“The risk?”

Now don’t worry here, I’m not talking about some huge risks or anything. Every
business has a risk, you know it, I know it and everyone in the world knows it. So,
people who succeed in starting and running a business is the people who can manage
those risks. Inviting some of your friends to collaborate is one of the best ways to
reduce the financial risk. You and your friends will have fewer worries.

Another reason is; you will have someone to talk about the business. Someone you can
trust to ask an opinion, someone you can rely on making a decision, someone you can
ask for help is you can’t be on the office because of family’s issue, etc. Together, you
can also divide your jobs, making it easier for you and your friends to enjoy the girls!

Well then, this is it. This is the end of the book.

Thank you for reading this book and do enjoy your new business of nighttime
entertainment, which is going to make you tons of cash every single night. I really mean
it, don’t look so nervous now – just enjoy your way to the top!
