ORDER

When this case was called this afternoon for the

arraignment of the accused, defense counsel manifested the
intention of accused to plea bargain and prayed that he be
submitted for drug testing and DDE.

Accordingly, the jail authorities are hereby directed to

cause the accused to be brought to the SOCSARGEN County
Hospital for drug testing and thereafter to the Dr. Jeorge P.
Royeca Hospital for DDE all at his own expense and the
physician concerned is expected to submit his report within
twenty (20) days from the conduct of the examination.

In the meantime, reset the proceedings to November 3,

2020 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

SO ORDERED.
