POSITION: CUSTOMER COORDINATOR

Requirement:

 Bachelor's Degree
 Required language(s): English, Vietnamese
 Have working experience in the related field is prioritize for this position, none
experience will be trained.
 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Descriptions :

1. Receiving goods from customer for warranty’s service

2. Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, explaining the
best solution to solve the problem to customer
3. Support with price checking, following up receiving and checking goods, stock
input/output and delivery to customers.
4. Co-ordinate with Technical department on warranty for customers in necessary
cases.
5. Solve all problems, obstacles arising during the course of warranty department
6. Other tasks as required.

Benefit :

 Working time: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday – Friday

 Workpplace: Icon 4 Tower, 243A De La Thanh, Dong Da, Ha Noi
 Salary Range : 7-8 tr + annual bonus/ review
