Tokyo Olympics
At last, the Tokyo Olympic 2021 are taking place, after a long wait and listening yes and no every day,
the Olympic arrangements have now been finalized. Players and officials from all over the world have
arrived Japan. Corona tests for foreign players are being conducted on a daily basis. It is reported that the
entire team was quarantined after two members of Ugandan team tested positive for corona, after which it
was found out that two players of this team have disappeared in Japan. Third word players usually
disappear in a country like Japan and try to get political shelters. However, the Japanese government has
finalized the Olympic games after a long wait, most importantly spectators will not participate in these
competitions, so now the whole Olympics will be seen on the TV screen. The reason for the non-
participation of spectators is the sudden increase in corona cases in Japan. Another important news is that
the first lady of the United States Jill Biden will attend the opening ceremony of the Olympic games on
July 23. Summer is in full swing in Japan and the temperature is being recorded at 30 to 35 degree
Celsius, the rain is also in full swing, at the same time corona has started raising its head again after
which the Japanese government has once again declared a state of emergency in the capital Tokyo. In
2013 when Japanese capital Tokyo has the honor of hosting the 2020 winter Olympics, since then
unfortunately a series of controversies have erupted over the Olympic and continued till 2020 in which
the Japanese Olympic committee was accused of illegally bribed to host the Tokyo Olympic. These
conflicts continued for many years but at the same time the Japanese government wholeheartedly
accepted to host the Tokyo Olympics and by spending billions of dollars they worked day and night to
commemorate the Olympic 2020. The Japanese government has so far spent 15 billion on hosting the
Tokyo Olympic that includes spending 3 billion on postponing competitions for a year. Not only that, but
the Japanese government also spent billions of dollars on the care and hospitality of foreign spectators in
which 200,000 language speaking helpers were hired who would guide tourist in their language,
thousands of halal restaurants were set up for Muslim spectators, mosques were set up at Japan airports,
mobile mosques and ablution rooms were built, makeup companies spent millions of dollars to certify
their products as halal, halal food was also offered in Japanese restaurants for the past several years.
Japan has been hosting the best and the most positive activities to host the Olympic but nature accepted
something else. The corona epidemic was so severe that the Olympic in Japan were in jeopardy but then
through the efforts of the government and the Olympic committee it was decided to hold the Olympic in
any case so that in history it can be said that the Olympic of 2020 was held in Japan. In Japan, the process
of corona vaccination is also in full swing however the Japanese people’s desire to see the Olympic on
the field has become a dream but hopefully even if its on TV screen the Tokyo Olympic in Japan will
make history in the hearts of the fans due to great efforts of the Japanese authorities. Pakistan’s 13
member group has also arrived in Tokyo to participate in the Olympics. It remains to be seen whether
Pakistan’s flag will be raised at the Tokyo Olympic?
