ABSTRACT

Many people are school dropout. Most of them are born poor, some have

the ability to finish their studies but chose their own pleasure instead of real

success and some of them did not believe in their own selves and of what they

can do beyond of what they expect, but there are a few population who are born

poor and did not pursue their studies, but worked hard and end up being

successful. The purpose of this study is to take away the mind set of people

focusing only on what conditions they are at right now.

The aim of the study is to know the experiences, specifically the ups and

down of each undergraduate student who became successful in the field of

business. The researchers will gather information about the answers or

responses of the people that will be interviewed. The target of the researchers is

to get some information to 5 random people who are successful in their careers.

They will also consult professionals such as their research adviser, business

men, etc., for the questionnaire they will provide so that no errors will be made.

The questionnaire will be given to 5 random people in different fields of business

who did not pursue their studies yet became successful. They will interview the

same set of people and record each of their answer.
