DR. CAROLINE S. AGYAO, a private individual, owner and holder of Land Title located
at Sitio Dinakan, Dangoy, Lubuagan, Kalinga with residential address at Purok 2, Bulanao,
Tabuk City, Kalinga, hereafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY.”
WITNESSETH THAT
WHEREAS, the PNP through its Field Offices is mandated to enforce the law, prevent
and control crimes, maintain peace and order, and ensure public safety and internal security
with the active support of the community;
WHEREAS, DR. CAROLINE S. AGYAO, understands and supports the PNP in the
enforcement of laws, and keeping Peace and Order in the community.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties do hereby agree
and bind themselves as follows:
2. The FIRST PARTY recognizes that the location of buildings and structures built
and owned by Kalinga Provincial Police Office represented by 2nd Kalinga
Provincial Mobile Force Company is owned by DR. CAROLINE S. AGYAO;
3. The FIRST PARTY requests to occupy and use temporarily the area of the
existing structures and premises utilized as a camp to ensure on-time, effective
and efficient delivery of services to the Areas of Responsibility (AOR);
4. The FIRST PARTY acknowledges that the lot occupied shall be used as a Police
Camp only;
5. The FIRST PARTY acknowledges that the second party is the owner and holder
of Land Title with Land Registration Number ________;
6. The FIRST PARTY shall ensure that all its employee shall adhere to the terms
and conditions set forth by the SECOND PARTY;
1. The SECOND PARTY recognizes the PNP mandate in enforcing laws, upholding
peace and order, and ensuring safety and security of every citizen in the country;
2. The SECOND PARTY allows the FIRST PARTY to use and occupy the lot freely;
3. The SECOND PARTY permits the FIRST PARTY to construct buildings and
other structures mainly for the camp use by not compromising forest reserves;
4. The SECOND PARTY exercises the authority to visit and check the area at any
convenient time;
5. The SECOND PARTY exercises the right to terminate the use of the subject
upon demand;
6. The SECOND PARTY shall not be liable for theft, and destructions of land,
properties, and other resources during the term of use of land. However,
maximum security shall be implemented by the FIRST PARTY.
Known to me and me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed
of the entities they represent.
