SOLANA, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendgnt 2019 CALABARZON CAMPUS JOURNALISM ROADSHOW (LAGUNA LEG) May 9, 2019 Conforming to Regional Memorandum No. 251, s. 2019 titled 2019 CALABARZON Campus Journalism Roadshow dated April 22, 2019 this Office in cooperation with the Laguna Association of School Paper Advisers (LASPA) announces the conduct of the 2019 CALABARZON Campus Journalism Roadshow (Laguna Leg) on May 27-31, 2019 at Paete Elementary School, District of Paete. The activity primarily aims to intensify the campus journalism program in the division, as well as promote and sustain excellence in campus journalism in the region. There will be no registration fee to be collected from the particioants in the conduct of this project. All expenses to be incurred by the participants and volunteers shall be charged to sources as expressed in Regional Memorandum No. 251, 5. 2019, i.e, MOOE, local fund, campus journalism fund, and special education fund. 4, The activity will employ the CALABARZON Campus Joumalism Roadshow Delivery Framework as its core implementation guidelines specifically in terms of its devlivery process. 5. The participants in this activity ore school paper advisers from public elementary and high schools. The stimated number of participants per district is shown in Enclosure 1. However, school paper advisers from private schools are enjoined to participate upon the discretion of their school heads. They shall be given designation order and shall serve as school paper adviser for a minimum of three (3) years, and the implementation of campus journalism program in their respective schools shall be monitored by the Division Campus Journalism Coordinator together with the Education Program Supervisors in Engish and Filipino. 6. The participants are required to bring camera, laptop, printer (at least one per district or cluster), A4 size bond paper, writing materiak, extension cords, pocket wifi, school ID, and travel order. 7. Participants who wish to stay in within the duration of the training should bring their own beddings. Their District Coordinator in Campus Journalism should coordinate with Mr. Alan Parungao, school head of Paete Elementary School, at (049) 557-0278 for their accommodation. 8.
