1. Describe the context and methods used by the author in doing


community engagement.
- The speaker discussed how concerns can have an impact on people's
lives. That, a passive, go with the flow community will be unable to
come up with long-term resolutions to the difficulties which currently
being faced. People's authentic fascination can be sparked by
providing relevant information they have to know and able to think
critically. As a consequence, they will ask reasonable questions. Max
Hardy underlined that fixing community problems necessitates
community engagement and interest. In view of the fact that, it is for
their welfare and the community must be part of the process, as well as
to be engaged. He emphasized that enable to have a healthier
connections and long-term solutions regarding to the issues or
problems, the community requires pertinent questions, real interest,
great hopes, and diverse community. This method can produce
beneficial results includes open-mindedness, active community, and
development which will be a key or a resolutions directly to the
community problems.

2. How will you integrate the participatory approach in your project? Why?
- As Max Hardy remarked, the greatest way to foster community
involvement is to present them with reliable information that will benefit
their conditions enable to persuade and make a decisions to approve
and contribute. In that case, I will inform the project beneficiaries about
the benefits they can gain and receive through the participation,
particularly the aim of the projects are met for the evaluation. It is
important to remember, if we want to produce a change, it should
requires the participation of people to be involved in the projects.
