How to use Citrix for accessing ESS and PMS from outside –

Step 1: Log on to http://203.200.70.123/Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx , and the below page appears

Step 2: Enter your Windows Username and Password to log-in (TERINET ID), on successful
authentication and log-in, the below prompt will appear, Click the check box and Click Download.

Step 3: This will download the Citrix Plug-in installer file, double click the file and install it.

Step 4: If your installation was successful, you will get the prompt saying “Installation completed
successfully”, Click OK and Click on Continue.
Step 5: After that, the below page appears, which shows you the applications that you have been
granted access to. Click on ESS and wait for few seconds –

Step 6: Once the below prompt appears, Click on OK and wait

Step 7: In the next prompt, select “Full Access” and “Never ask me again for this server” and click
OK.
Step 8: A new pop-up window will appear with ESS Application login page open in Internet Explorer,
log-in with your ESS ID and Password and use it
