Maxim's MAX634 and MAK#391 CMOS DC-DG regu-
latere are designed for simple. eicent, nyerung
DC"DC eanverter cieuts. The MAXBS and MAX42ot
switening regulators provide all contol and power
hanaiing functions in'@ compact 8 pln package. a
12BV bandgap relarance, an oscillator a comparator
for cutput voltage regulation, and a S25mA P-channel
cutput MOSFET. A Second comparator 1s al80 pro-
vided for convenient low battery aetection,
