With IVF of D5NSS 1L @ 30gtts/min (macro drip 20gtts/cc) (to alternate with D5LR at
same rate) until further order
With side drip of D5W500cc + I amp tramadol to run in 8 hours x 3 doses
With foley catheter draining to dark yellow urine you were able to drain 250cc
8am Dr. King ordered to start NGT feeding 2100ml in equally dividing dose for 7 seven
feedings every 3hour; flush with 50cc water every after feeding(you start NGT feeding
9:30am) When you remove the NGT drain you were able to drained 2tbsp greenish
secretions
Fast drip IVF of PNSS 300cc now
2pm you were able to drain from foley cath of 400cc and 200cc from hemovac
10pm you were able to drain 300 cc from foley cath and 200cc from hemovac
6am you were able to drain 400 cc from foley cath and 200cc from hemovac
