THE FINAL TESTAMENT

We, FAISAL PENDI and WAHIDA PENDI Husband and Wife both filipino
muslim residing at Barangay Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao sworn
to law the following testament:

1. That we owned a two (2) door of boarding house door one (1) and door six
(6) near the gate of the office of the Bangsamoro Government, Governor
Guterez Street, Cotabato City;

2. That we owned also one small unit commercial building located along
Governor Guterez Street, Cotabato City adjacent in the gate of the office
of the Bangsamoro Government;

3. That we owned another property at Barangay Awang, Datu Oding

Sinsuat, Maguindanao a parcel of land with an area of 419 square meter
under title no. T-7342 and a house erected in the said lot;

4. That one half ½ of the lot including the house erected are given to the
name mention below;

5. That all of the above paragraph 1,2 and 3 we share the

ownership/management in favor to our son BASHEM AYUNAN
MASIANGGAL;

We, husband and wife voluntarily executed this final testament.
