Pages 1t02the pay revision committee made | PUNJAB SMALL INDUSTRIES AND EXPORT CORPORATION LTD., CHANDIGARH “OFFICE ORDER" in pursuance ofthe resolution passed by the Board of Directors, in their meeting held of 30.12.2009 approving the recommendations of their meeting held on 9.12.2009 regarding revision of pay scales of the employees of the Corporation w.e.f 1.1,2006 and other benefits in view of the recommendations of the 5" Punjab Pay Commission, it is ordered as under. 1) Pay scales of the employees of the Corporation shall stand revised wef 1.1,2006 as per fitment table circulated under Notification No, 5/10/09-SFP/207 dated 27 May. 2009 Issued by the Deptt, Of Finance (Finance Personnel Branch—1} and the payment of salary at the revised pay scales be made to the ‘employees of the Corporation in cash wef. 1.8.2009. 2) Deamess allowance as anriounced by the Govt. on the revised pay scales from time to time shall be made applicable to the employees of the Corporation on the revised pay scales on the Govt. Pattern 3) The Medical Atlowance @Rs. $00/~ per manth shall be altowed as per Government pattern to the employees of the Corporation wef, 1.82009 as notified vide Notification No. /60/09- 1EPI/379 dated 12" August, 2009. 4) House Rent Allawance @ 20% of the revised pay w.e.f 1.8.2009 shall be allowed to the employees of the Corporation as notified by the Punjab Government vide Notification No. 4/7/09- 2FPL/374 dated 12.8.2009 and No. 4/7/09-2FP1/392 dated 18.8,2009, 5) The payment of retirement-cum-death gratuity, Ex-gratta at the revised rate and constant attendant allowance @ Rs. 3000/~ per
