Understand the key statistics of site and find similar comparable sites.
Insert the data in to standard template along with data of similar comparable sites.
Analyse the ratios and identify high level improvement scope and best practices.
People Information
Receipt of organogram, deployment plan, shift details and payroll register.
Analyse the current data with contract data and budgeted manpower along with in/out timings details.
Prepare a checklist for further drill down during the site visit.
Site lay out/AutoCAD diagram
Receipt of latest AutoCAD diagram/Kitchen layout and service areas
Understand the actual scope of work /service points vs contracted scope of work.
Update the points noted for further drill down.
Potential best practices
Go through Innovations catalogue and other best practices database source
Collate relevant best practices possible
Kick off call with all stakeholders
Key message delivery to all relevant stake holders on the proposed study - Purpose, approach, tools and timelin
etc.
Present the benchmarking analysis [ratios] and understand low ratios
Present the site analysis based on prework and potential best practices
