My Future Dream

In recent years I have had a dream to become a businessman. I want to create jobs in the area
where I live. Because my prophet teaches that "The best of people are those who benefit
others", that is one of my motivations to open up job opportunities. To realize that dream I
have to seek experience and increase knowledge for him.

They said it didn't suit my college major, but I don't think so. I have also thought about the
path for the future, therefore I dared to major in Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy.

Philosophy teaches a person to think critically, and it can be used to solve problems. In
running a business, there are bound to be trials and challenges. Various kinds of problems
must be solved with an open mind. Especially when you already have employees, the more
dependents and problems you will face. Therefore, in this case philosophy can help me to
reflect on and solve the problems that will be faced.

In entrepreneurship, ethics and aesthetics are also needed so that what our business offers
gets the attention of consumers. Ethics and aesthetics are also core topics in philosophy, and
they have helped me a lot in pursuing my dreams for the future.

While the aqidah I learned was needed for my survival. In addition to dealing with the public,
doing business is also a creature's responsibility to its creator, so that being a useful human
being can be realized.

That's the explanation of my dream in the future, hopefully it can come true. Amen...
