Life on board may sound glamorous to some people, but conditions can be uncomfortable and we have a demanding schedule - we work ten-hour days and have one anda (1) days off - although when you (2) in your office, it's hard (3) separate on-duty and off-duty. Our (4) are quite varied - we do a range (5) different scientific (6) - but (7) also have to perform routine maintenance and regular (8) checks, like cleaning the air (9) and inspecting our emergency equipment.
