this technique. User is assigned to 100 dollars ranking to imaginary requirements. All rankings of
requirements are compared. The highest rank requirement is considered the 1 st priority.

It is very important to calculate cost properly. Because if cost is not calculated properly, it
will cause difficulties in future. And this will increase the chances of a project failure.

2) Time:
It is very important to estimate time properly. Because if time is not estimated properly
and if user wants the project urgently it will cause difficulties in future. And this will
increase the chances of a project failure.

3) User:
If the time of project is short and user wants project quickly. Then we can satisfy the
user by prioritization of the requirement for successful completion of the project. That’s
