1. What is Physical Fitness?

Physical fitness is something that a person does to achieve his/her goal to live a healthy life. It
enables us to become more fit, equipped with muscle strength, body composition, and build-up
endurance to perform certain activities we do in everyday living. Moreover, it trains our body to
cope up as we do heavy chores beyond our control.
1. Different Components of Physical Fitness?
The components of physical fitness are:
Endurance - to resist exhaustion from intense physical activity.
Speed - this makes our body to move quickly.
Strength - it helps prevent injuries as we push ourselves to the limit.
Flexibility - this promotes having healthy joints that enable one to move without pain and
maintain body mobility.
Balance - to keep up with any physical activity that requires stability or steadiness.

1. Give some examples of exercises per component of Physical Fitness?


Endurance - Planking, HIIT(High-Intensity Interval Training) Workouts.
Speed - Running/Jogging.
Strength - Training and Weightlifting.
Flexibility - Stretching such as Pike Stretch.
Balance - Standing up in one leg.

1. Benefits of Physical Fitness?


Engaging in physical fitness is extremely beneficial as it was proven by hundreds of doctors and
thousands of researches across the globe. Especially in our situation today, any physical fitness
or exercise is needed to prevent getting the virus.

If I would be asked, these are the important benefits that physical fitness provides:
Improves Self-esteem - as we achieve our desired result, either weight loss or weight gain, it
boosts our self-confidence. 
Maintains a healthy body composition - good for toning up the body.
Improves overall body muscles, strength, and joints - our movements will be at ease. And as we
age, it would not be a dilemma for someone who maintained exercising daily.
Avoids a Sedentary lifestyle - it keeps our body from storing fats. Instead, it releases toxins from
sweat as we prevent ourselves from binge eating or adapting to an inactive lifestyle. 
Having better health and decreases the chances of injuries and sickness - since we're equipped
with strength and endurance, it enables us to avoid getting sick easily or injured.
