Launched on 16 January 2016 by Premier Narendra Modi, it falls under the Department of Policy and Industry. The idea
was to provide entrepreneurship support with easy follow‐up and flexible procedures and the introduction of an initial
credit guarantee fund.
The project aims to use tax exemptions, incubator facilities, and collaborations in the academic industry to enhance ethics
and provide leadership in new business minds.

India always aims to improve the rural region by introducing poverty alleviation programs. ASPIRE is one such program
under MSME, which focuses on innovation and development, especially in the agricultural sector.
Funds allocated to this program are used at district level, to allow for recruitment and valuation in rural areas.

﴿3MUDRA Bank
Micro Units Development Refinance Agency ﴿ARDUM﴾Bank is a funded institution that supports home startups. Starting
small meals and starting drinks have been successful thanks to funding for the MuDRA program.
The bank falls under the head of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, where it offers loans of Rs 10 lakh to small businesses
without collateral security.

Department, which is designed to take care of and maintain the start‐up world, continues to organize skills development
sessions, workshops, events, and conferences while addressing funding gaps.

Established by Niti Aayog, the vision of the Agreement is to build partnerships between state, central and local schemes
and to create a spirit of entrepreneurship from schools to companies.
Atal Tinkering Labs Labs, Atal Incubators, and Atal New India challenges are some of the programs under this program,
enhancing Indian startups and value.

Launched in 2013, e‐Biz is a single platform that allows Government‐Business Partnerships .﴿B2G﴾
It is an integrated machine mode project that aims to integrate and connect more than 200 services to a single online
platform. With 24 * 7 online functionality, it serves as a single forum for all transactions, approvals, and operations from
both parties.

﴿7DIDF
The DIDF Milk Processing and Infrastructure Development Fund is a fundraiser under NABARD by GoI where the main
businesses of dairy companies, dairy unions, etc. They will receive support.
Launched in December 2017, the objectives of this initiative are to provide technological advancement, efficiency, and
integration of milk processing units and diary units.

﴿8SIP‐EIT
Support for International Patent Protection in Electronics & Information Technology focuses on assisting technology
startups which are already a leading business segment.
It focuses on international filing, has a reimbursement program for initiation billing fees, and also provides guidance on
protocol. It is very important for new players to have the right mentor and mentor, especially in legal matters.
﴿9Recurring Grants Scheme
Launched under the Department of Technology and Information Technology, MGS focuses on expanding Research and
Development to develop key products and packaging frameworks.
The scheme connects business houses and academics, while supporting any advanced product that can be sold.

Commonly known as CGSS, the program also focuses on providing financial stability to small and medium enterprises.It
offers loans with zero interest rate, with additional assistance at the rate of interest rates supported. The system is known
for identifying production units, and also holds a corpus of Rs 100 lakhs.
CONCLUSION

Indian Startups are now spread across the length and breadth of the country. The shift in focus around the world is focused
on motivating women entrepreneurs and promoting an inclusive and young environment. Efforts are also being made by
various stakeholders in the Indian ecosystem to develop domestic policies in line with international standards.
The role of national government is crucial in building the necessary infrastructure and support to promote a start‐up
environment. Due to the constrained constraints of infrastructure and support services, India needs to build on less
expensive and more effective solutions
Despite the increase in angelic funding and big business, investments should be increased. It is important that the
ecosystem is well integrated to connect housing startups with other stakeholders.
While it is important to clarify more aspects of the ecosystem, the report explores in depth the role of the country and the
Indian organization in building an ecosystem and carefully monitoring future measures that could help India's growth rate..
