 INTRODUCTION

In this manual we will see some functions of our software "AP SOFTWARE
DESING" to make its operation as efficient as possible, when performing any task in
the user interface, functions such as online payments, registration of data, and even if
the customer wishes, you can register your data for future promotions of the software.

and older.

TROUBLESHOOTING

A. No connection. A: may be cable disconnected, modem off, wifi off.

 B. Page does not load. B: restart browser, restart modem, restart pc.

C. No data entry. C: keyboard cable disconnected, restart page.

D. If no solution is found manually. D: write to online support URL

PROCEDURES

If you have any doubts about the manual you can follow the following steps of the
assistant guide to be able to fulfill the desired function.

LOGIN TO THE SITE:

1. Open a new tab in your web browser

2. In the search bar at the top type, www.apsofwaredising.com and click on it.

 3. The page will open immediately with its respective functions.

REGISTRATION OF DATA
1. When you are in the main page go to the top left side and select the option
register user data by clicking on the following link.

2. Fill in the respective fields with name, email, telephone, and city.

3. When you finish filling out the data select the box at the bottom of the bars that
says remember data (only if the network is trusted if it is not remember never
do it can be a victim of a cyber hacker).

PRODUCT CONSULTING

1. After registering the data enter in the upper right bar and select the option
(quotation by mail) click on the following link.

2. All the products will appear in the list, select the ones you want to quote.

3. After selecting them click on the lower button at the end of the products that
says (general consultation).

4. Automatically a message will appear that says (Dear customer, your product
quotation will be sent to your email within 1 hour approximately).

ONLINE PAYMENTS

1. First you must have the data entered in the page to be able to make online transactions.

2. After being in the main page of ap. software design in the lower right corner select the box
(pay here) click on it.

3. Enter the data in the outgoing box, card #, your respective card ccv, name and surname, date
of issue, card key.

 4. Then click and you will see the products you have selected for payment.

5. At the end of the list you must enter again the card code to confirm the purchase.

6. In case it is only online payment of products (pay products monthly) do the same procedure,
but remember that the list will not appear, the balance to be paid will appear.

7. After you see the amount, enter the card password and click on it.

8. Automatically regardless of whether it is online payment or online purchase a message will be

generated (successful transaction) and then an email confirmation of the purchase will be sent
to your account.

 GLOSSARY OF TECHNICAL TERMS

PC = personal computer

SOFTWARE = set of programs and routines that enable the computer to perform
certain tasks.

CYBERNETIC = interdisciplinary computational technology used for the extension
of human capabilities.

MODEM = Device that allows data transmission between computers communicating

over a basic telephone line or other data lines.

TAB = element of a program interface that allows you to quickly change what you are
viewing without changing the window you are using in a program or menu.

HACKER = A person with strong computer skills who is dedicated to detecting

security flaws in computer systems.

CCV = Card back-up code used as a security method for transactions where the card
is not physically present.

INTERNET = Worldwide computer network that uses the telephone line to transmit
information.

URL = Uniform Resource Locator, i.e., refers to the unique address that identifies a
web page on the Internet.

WIFI = wireless network through which devices such as computers (laptops and
desktops), mobile devices (smartphones and accessories) and other equipment
(printers and camcorders) can interact with the Internet.
