There is a range of factors which affect the quality of employees’ performances.

 With the new hires: During the short period of time, they have to contact and adapt with new
working environment. There is a bunch of things to learn at this time. Also, the manager
sometimes don’t have enough time and effort to guild all his new employees. They may lack of
experience and the careful training. Poorly trained employees are likely to feel undervalued,
which worsen their performances.
 With the old staffs: Even though they used to the job. Sometimes problems with products’
quality may happen due to their irresponsibility. They don’t thoroughly handle the remaining
issues at work before leaving (machinery, materials, storage,…) and the consequences may
happen in the next working day.
 Both new employees and staffs may easily experience the mental problems, they won’t be at
the optimal level of performance.
