SUBJECT: - SLOW PROGRESS OF DEVELOPMENT WORK AT CATTLE

COLONY.

Please refer to the subject cited above.

It is stated that the area for proposed cattle colony at Shikarpur has
been cleared after untiring efforts. If it is not started soon, it is feared that the land
will be encroached by the encroachers once again which will create more problems.
Therefore, it would be in the interest of the government to start the development
work at the earliest.
It is pertinent to mention that the scheme is being carried on for the
fifth consecutive year without any financial expenditure. If the work does not start
and the scheme is discarded, the responsibility shall lie on your shoulders.
