Dear Rohan,
Your place of work will be the Company’s office at New Delhi. You shall be guided
by the working hours of the Company, as may be notified from time to time. The
Company reserves the right to transfer and/or relocate you to any other location
within India or to any other department, branch, unit or establishment under the
management of the same principals whether existing or to be set up in future. Your
employment in the Company will be subject to the rules and regulations of the
Company, its internal policies and code of conduct, as existing now and which may
be amended by the Company from time to time.
1. Your satisfactory standard background check and reference check with 2 (two)
references from your current or former employers and verification of your
credentials submitted to the Company during the recruitment process.
2. You are joining the Company on March 15, 2021.
3. Receipt of a copy of your resignation letter/email acknowledged by your current
or previous employer, minimum 15 (Fifteen) days prior to your joining date with
us.
4. Receipt of a copy of your Passport, UID and PAN1 card by us.
5. Copies of your academic qualification documents.
6. 3 passport size photographs being submitted on date of joining.

1. Compensation
Your fixed Cost to the Company (CTC) will be INR 4,50,000 (Four Lakhs and Fifty
Thousand Only) per annum which equates to a monthly CTC of INR 37,500
(Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) prior to deduction of Income tax
and other statutory payments2, as applicable. Please see the detailed break-up of the
CTC structure under Annexure 1.
You will be eligible for annual appraisal in the month of April 2022 subject to
successful completion of your probation period. The annual increments shall be
based on your performance ratings. The management of the company reserves
the right to make this payment.

As part of this employment offer, you will be eligible for the following benefits
In line with Sannam S4's leave policy, you will be entitled to Earned Leave of 1.5
days per month, 8 Casual Leaves per annum and company declared public
holidays. An allocation of up to 4 additional leaves also exists where sickness
results in your inability to attend work. Conditions apply in line with the company
policy.
You will be covered under a Group Medical Insurance Plan (Group Mediclaim) as
per the Company’s policy for yourself, your parents, your spouse and 2 dependent
children. Terms and Conditions of the Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy shall be
applicable and may change from time to time.

Your salary package will be structured in the most tax efficient method as per the
Company’s policy.
You will be provided all of the necessary office equipment as per the Company’s
policy to perform your role effectively.
You will be on Probation for a period of 6 (six) months starting from your date of
joining with the Company. During the probation period, you or the Company shall
be entitled to terminate your employment at any time by giving 15 (fifteen) days
or the number of days equivalent of the statutory limit defined by the relevant
legislation, (whichever is higher) notice in writing.
The Company or you also have an option to pay 15 (fifteen) days of gross salary
or an amount equivalent of statutory limit defined by the relevant legislation
(whichever is higher) in lieu of notice.
Post probation (upon confirmation), both, you and the Company will be bound by
a notice period of 1(One) month or 1(One) month’s gross salary in lieu of such
notice, towards termination of your employment.
The Company also reserves the right to terminate your services at any point in
time without any notice or salary in lieu thereof on account of misconduct, or even
in the case of reasonable suspicion of misconduct, disloyalty, commission of any
act involving moral turpitude, or any act of indiscipline or inefficiency or for loss of
confidence.

You have represented to the Company and it is a condition of this offer that you
are not bound by any agreement or understanding, or other arrangement whether
with a former employer or any other person, that would in any way restrict or
prevent you from soliciting or performing any services for the Company.
During the term of your employment with the Company, you shall not engage
directly or indirectly, as a consultant or an employee with any third party, in
activities, which would compete with those of the Company, without the written
consent of the Company. You shall not during the continuation of your employment
with the Company engage or take part either directly or indirectly as an agent,
servant, employee or in any other capacity in any similar or other business, trade
or profession. During the term of your employment and a term of 1 (one) year
after termination of employment with the Company, you shall not solicit, interfere
with or endeavor to entice away from the Company any of its customers, clients,
employees, agents or vendors.
7. Additional Terms
Your employment with the Company is contingent upon submission and review of
documents that verify your eligibility for employment in India. This offer of
employment is subject to and conditioned upon the truthfulness of the
representations you have made to the Company during the interview process.

Please note that this is an Offer Letter. A formal employment agreement outlining
detailed terms of your employment will be handed over to you upon your joining
the Company.

Gross Salary would change if you opt for the PF scheme of the Company. CTC is inclusive of both
Employer and Employee’s contribution of PF. PF contribution is calculated as per the PF declaration form
shared by you on the date of joining.
INR 1,250 per month would be deducted from your Gross Salary in case you opt in for parental health
insurance coverage.
