1. The D.D.E students who applied for November 2019 Examinations of all (Non‐Semester & 
Semester)  Courses  are  asked  to  download  the  Hall  Ticket  and  Examination  Time  Table 
from  the  University  website  (www.mkudde.org)  before  the  commencement  of 
examinations. Moreover, a passport size photo is to be affixed in the Hall Ticket for space 
provided for the purpose and get attestation from a Gazetted Officer and bring the same 
to  the  Examination  Hall  along  with  the  original  photo  ID  such  as  student’s  ID  card. 
Passport,  PAN  Card,  Driving  License  or  any  photo  ID,  issued  by  the  Central  /  State 
Government. 
 
2. For  the  issue  of  Duplicate  Hall  Ticket,  the  students  are  asked  to  contact  the  office,  in 
person during office hours with Pass Port Size Photo, Payment details and ID Card issued                    
by the D.D.E.
