Dear sir
Please treat this as a contract for forklift on hiring basis with below techno commercial points:
Scope of work
Asif Crane will supply 3nos 5ton Forklift with Gear drive (FC) technology @75 k + GST
& 1 no 5-ton forklift with automatic transmission @ 80 k + GST
Asif Crane will ensure the delivery of each forklift in running condition
All forklifts will be used as per discussed timeline and operational hour
Daily operations will be not more than10-12hours.
Minor maintenance will be carried out by Us and will be informed at month end with proof
In case of Major breakdown Asif Crane must investigate it.
Payment terms -Initially 1-month advance payment of basic amount + transportation one side after
valid confirmation of order
GST will be paid once you pay the GST and share the invoice along with GST submission details
Return transportation will be paid by us as well

1. Invoice of trucks from Voltas to Asif crane
