 PROJECT BACKGROUND
• Semarang is one of the cities in Center Java. Like other metropolitan city
has also been characterizing its territory with traffic jam. To divert the
density, in the near future will be built roundabout. Another characteristic
of a metropolis, among others, the availability of hotels and malls, no
sense-it has now been fulfilled.
• As one of needs of citizen, hotel are important to make development of
education sector tourism. As we know, Semarang has so many Hotel, but
its still not enough to fulfil citizen needs that always increase.
• PT.PurikencanaMulyaPersadaRetail Property as one of corporation that
provide so many project in Semarang, will invest their money to build
Hotel quest by astonRetail Property has a target to make Semarang
become a smart city and metropolitan like other city in Indonesia.
