NARRATIVE REPORT

On the first week of March, I was able to compose a community needs assessment here
in Poblacion Makilala, North Cotabato through a survey questionnaire instrument. The subject
matter is regarding the “Clean-up within household to observe measures that will prevent
COVID”. Following the established protocols and guidelines for COVID19, I reached out to my
selected respondents through the use of an instant messaging feature built into Facebook called
Messenger.

The survey questionnaire comprises fifteen (15) questions and the total number of
respondents who were able to fully answer my questionnaire was twenty (20). The purpose of
establishing such questionnaire regarding the subject matter is having the need to assess on
whether or not these individuals, along with their family, observe proper measures that will
prevent COVID within their household. From this, we can ascertain those who truly conform to
the national protocol and guidelines established not only to be applied in public places but as
well as within our household.

As shown from the summary below, 65% of the respondents says that within a week,
they clean-up araw-araw or every day; 100% of them says that they use alcohol to disinfect the
things in their household while only 20% of them has a foot bath. Based on the results, we can
conclude that majority of the selected respondents observe measures within their household
that will prevent COVID and shown below is the summary of each questions in the survey:
