Turn off "Flicks"

Turn off "Press and hold for Right-click"

Turn off "use Windows ink"

this works if Old version of PS and/or old Windows (before 7. also might have
to force PS to use Windows XP compatibility mode)

put PSUserConfig.txt inside

Search for "touch prediction"
Change "Latency" from 8 > 2 (double click)
Change "Sample Time" from 8 > 2
Reboot
