AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

We, VIDAL M. PLATIL and TOMAS M. PLATIL, both of legal ages, Filipinos,
and residents of Centro, Mandaue City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and states:

1. That we are the heirs of ENRICA M. MISA, who died last ________________;

2. That during her lifetime, ENRICA M. MISA, as source for her income leased
out several rooms to which she was issued a Lessor’s Permit, which is hereto
attached;

3. That in order to facilitate the continued operation of the business, we hereby

waive, transfer and convey all our rights, interest and obligations over the
said business to ANNA LIZA A. PLATIL who is also of legal age, Filipino,
(single / married / widow), and a resident of the same barangay;

4. That she is able and willing to assume all our rights and obligations
in connection with the said business; and

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing
statements, and for whatever legal purpose this may best serve.
