Plan for organizing the orientation week of the 2021 – 2022 academic year
1. Căn cứ/ Basis:
Căn cứ vào kế hoạch hoạt động năm học 2021-2022 của BP. Đào tạo.
Based on the AD plan for the 2021-2022 academic year.
2. Mục đích/ Purpose:
Thông tin và hướng dẫn giáo viên các công tác chuẩn bị cho năm học 2021-2022.
Tập huấn một số kiến thức và kỹ năng cần thiết cho năm học mới.
Provide information and instructions on the 2021-2022 academic year preparatory tasks.
Provide training on knowledge and skills necessary for the new academic year.
3. Nội dung & Mô tả / Content and Description:
Tuần sinh hoạt định hướng được tổ chức cho toàn thể giáo viên – nhân viên của nhà trường với các
nội dung.
The orientation week is organized school-wide. Main content is as follows:
- Trao đổi về những định hướng chung và những quy định trong năm học 2021 – 2022
Provide orientation to teaching and non-teaching staff of the 2021- 2022 academic year.
- Tập huấn về BYOD, NPDL, phương pháp giảng dạy, hướng dẫn nghiên cứu khoa học, ứng dụng
CNTT và các công tác chủ nhiệm.
Provide training on the BYOD program, NPDL, teaching strategies, scientific research, ICT
integration and homeroom teachers skills.
- Thảo luận về các vấn đề liên quan đến công tác giảng dạy hoặc công tác chủ nhiệm để chuẩn bị
cho năm học mới.
Discuss about the teaching or homeroom works in preparation for the new academic year.
- Trang trí lớp và thực hiện các công tác đón học sinh.
Decorating classrooms and preparing to welcome students.
- Lưu ý: trong trường hợp dịch Covid-19 diễn biến phức tạp, các nội dung sinh hoạt định hướng
sẽ được tổ chức online qua Canvas. Tất cả tài liệu sẽ được đăng tải trên Canvas.
Notice: Because Covid-19 gets serious, the orientation and training sessions will be organized
online via Canvas. All materials will be uploaded on Canvas.
