No need to sync wallet.

Run the 'Bitgen Activator' first then the Bitgen All One application
Log in to your existing blockchain account and create a new blockchain account. In
another browser
Now transfer your balance from the old account to the new account.
Now go to your old account and copy an address to receive BTC.
Now paste your wallet address into Bitcoin All in an app and send the transaction.
You will find fake transactions in your old account.
If you want to send a fake transaction to someone go back to your old blockchain
account
And you can forward fake transactions that you get from the software.
The fake transaction will be disappeard after 7days

Note: Don't use your new account for receiving the fake transaction.
